1406: Fifteen Days of Husband and Wife (7)_1

Walter Schmidt raised an eyebrow and suddenly stood up. His tall and robust stature was strikingly noticeable.

It was only then that Emma Benson noticed that he was wearing a white shirt and black trousers today, which looked very formal. This made her frown slightly.

"Let's go." He took her hand and led her out of the restaurant, directly exiting the inn.

Emma clung to his arm. Even though she didn't know where they were headed, she quietly followed, trusting and dependent on him a great deal.

Fifteen minutes later, the two arrived in front of a church. The ivory-white church wasn't particularly majestic, but it was the only church in town, featuring a retro design with a silver cross embedded at the top that emitted a dazzling light under the sun's rays.

Emma was smart. The moment she saw the church, an idea flashed through her mind, her body stiffened, and her heart trembled, but she was afraid to confirm it, so she pursed her lips and turned to stare at the man.
