Shimoya Manor-Living room

A middle age man wearing a dark blue kimono robe. The man was kneeling on the ground in front of a table with a Japanese tea cup in his hand

Kazuto sat in front of him and watch the man calmly drink his tea. This has been going on for 30 minutes now

"Where is your evidence"

Iku Shimoya, brother of Mr. Shimoya, is the prime suspect in this case. Put down his tea cup and looked at Kazuto calmly

Kazuto took note of this, for the man to be this calm while being the primary suspect, he was either innocent or he knew they had nothing on him

"Mr Shimoya, where were you during the days before your brother was pronounced missing"

"If I remember correctly I was at a business meeting at Volcano city and coconut town"

Hearing this Kazuto knew that most of the evidence he gathered was useless. He expected this so he was only testing the waters

'If that's the case, no need to beat around the bush"

"Months before Your brother disappeared it was said you 2 were very close, what were you 2 doing"

Silence

Kazuto looked at the man who was sitting there silently, strangely enough, there was no fluctuation in his expression

"I never wanted anyone to know this since it was a top family secret, but I and my brother agreed on cooperating on something that could change the Shimoya family forever"

After a few seconds, the man answered

"So you admit that you were close to Mr Shimoya before his disappearance"

"Yes"

"What is this "something" you agreed on"

"Sorry but this is a family secret"

"If I recall correctly you and your brother weren't on great terms, why did you choose to work with him after years of competition"

"This plan will not only benefit me but also the family. I am willing to put aside our differences for the family's development"

The 2 went at it for about an hour before Kazuto decided to stop

'Damn this guy is good'

Kazuto sat there without making any moves. No matter what he brings forward, Iku would counter it. The man had proof and witnesses for everything

Even If the evidence pointed to him, it was nothing but a dead end

'Looks like I have to use plan B'

Kazuto stood up and made his way over to Iku

"Is there a problem"

Iku looked at Kazuto who was now beside him

*Slam*

Kazuto slammed his hand on the table, making a loud noise that frighten Iku

"You killed your brother didn't you"

"What's the meaning of this"

Kazuto grabbed the man by his collar and pressed his face to the table

"YOU KILLED HIM DIDN'T YOU!!"

"What are you doing. This is a violation of my rights"

"Rights, a man who will kill his brother has no Rights"

Iku looked at Kazuto with surprise, he didn't expect this at all. Although he never underestimated Kazuto, he thought that he was still a kid so extreme actions were not taken into consideration

"Guards, GUARDS!"

No matter how much he shouted the guards didn't come

"K we took care of them"

The door suddenly opened and A and Mabui entered

"What happens to my guards"

"No need to worry they're just taking a nap"

A answered with a big smile on his face, but for Iku, this was akin to a devil's smile

"This is unacceptable I will report this behavior to the village and the Daimyo, you'll be hearing from me very soon"

"So what you may not know is this but I'm the heir of the Narukami clan. Not only that my uncle is the raikage, even if you did report me to the village they would simply ignore it and the Daimyo wouldn't dare to offend the village for someone like you"

Fear was slowly growing in Iku's heart when he heard this. If what Kazuto just said was true then he really couldn't stop them, even if they wanted to frame him he could only sit back and watch

"I'll ask you again, Did you kill him"

"I didn't"

"Did you kill him"

"You have no evidence that I did"

*Slam*

"DID YOU KILL HIM!!"

"NO!"

"Still resisting huh. A grab the tools scum like this deserves some pain before being sent to jail"

Kazuto looked at Iku with disgust and ordered A to grab the "tools"

"Wait what tools are you talking about"

Iku looked at A went and came back with a bag with utter fear

'Dare god'

What Iku saw will forever be imprinted in his mind

A opened the bag and slowly took out some torturing devices, just the shape alone could cause anyone to tremble

"Ah-ha, I found it"

Iku sub-consciously clenched his cheeks when he saw the tool A took out

"Please don't do this"

"Were you involved with your brother's disappearance"

"No, you have to believe me"

*Drill sound*

"I'll ask you one more time. Did you kill your brother"

"He had it coming ok"

Iku put his hand over his mouth but it was too late

"Ladies and gentlemen we got em"

Kazuto pulled Iku up and dust off his clothes

"Mabui tie him, don't let him escape"

'Damn why are these kids so strong'

Iku tried his best to resist but it was futile in front of the young ninja's strength

Kazuto expected that the evidence he gathered was useless against Iku. In the 2 days, he realized that every time he found something that involved Mr Iku he would find something that made the information useless

He guessed that the man was very prepared and did his best to cover his tracks. If Kazuto took the normal route then Iku would have walked away scotch free since he had no evidence

But he wasn't planning to play by the rules and took an aggressive route instead. Iku underestimated the means ninjas would use to complete their mission. If it was any other ninja they would frame him and send him to jail even if he was innocent they simply didn't care

It was because of this the mission was just C-rank for a ninja this was very easy even if they couldn't complete the mission normally they had a bunch of unethical ways to do so

Darui entered the room after he sensed that everything was over

"Great work guys"

He was very impressed by the methods Kazuto used to complete this mission

"Damnit I would have gotten away with it if wasn't for you meddling kids and lazy teacher"

Iku who was tied up glared at Team 11 he didn't expect this ending

"Hmm, you killed your brother but what I want to know is what were you and your brother working on and why did you kill him"

"The cooperating between you and your brother was indeed true but why did you suddenly choose to kill him"

Mabui felt this case mission was a bit strange and asked Iku, they were a lot of holes in this investigation

Iku sat there silently which cause Team 11 to look at him suspiciously

What was he hiding

"Spill the beans oldman"

No matter what they said Iku refused to speak. Kazuto saw that this wasn't working and used the old method

Grabbing Iku's hair Kazuto looked him dead in the eye and whispered in his ears

"I will make this day the worse day of your life if you don't tell us what you know"

"I can make you feel pain in 100 different ways"

"I heard you had a 5-year-old daughter, you wouldn't want her to live her life as a "toy" right. Kumo ninjas have been a bit bent up after the war, there are a lot of ninjas in the village with strange hobbies"

"Your wife, kids, everything you worked for I can take away all of it with a snap of a finger"

Kazuto had to admit he had talent when it comes on to threatening people and getting what he wanted from them. It didn't take long for Iku to spill the beans under pressure

"Ok, ok I will tell you everything please don't kill me or my family"

The man looked miserable snot running from his nose as he cried hearing what Kazuto whispered into his ears

'These are children their demons'

"The truth is"
