Crystal's natural beauty

"What are you doing in this place alone madam?" Alonso's breath hitched as he spoke. "Did Miss Ariel do anything bad to you?"

Crystal smiled. "No, Ariel didn't do anything bad to me. She was really just talking to me."

"If she was just talking to you then why did she leave you alone on this floor?"

"She accidentally left me, while we were still talking Ariel got a call. Not long after that she then hurriedly went to the elevator and I, who was fascinated by the view outside, forgot to go upstairs, that's why I'm still here like what you saw before," Crystal said at length. Crystal tried to make as reasonable an excuse as possible so as not to make Alonso suspicious. "Is grandpa looking for me?"

"Yes."

Crystal smiled. "Yeah, let's go up."

Alonso took a deep breath, trying to restrain himself from asking Crystal any more questions.

Luckily when Crystal reached the fifteenth floor Roman and Reagan had not returned from the first floor. Moments ago when Ariel took Crystal away, the door to Reagan's room opened. Roman West is encouraged by Virgo who wants to go home, which makes Reagan and the others accompany Virgo home. This really made Alonso feel calm, Alonso wanted to keep what Ariel did to Crystal a secret for a while. He didn't want to make things hot, Alonso was quite aware that Crystal was currently Roman West's favorite. Roman West would be furious if he knew Ariel's treatment of Crystal.

After five minutes finally Roman West and the others came back, the old man screamed loudly when he saw Crystal as if they had not seen each other for a long time. Roman West looks so happy with Crystal's presence in the office, without inviting Reagan who immediately stands frozen in front of the elevator with the loyal Jarvis, Roman West then invites Crystal around. The faithful James also followed Roman West who was running his wheelchair from behind with a big smile, James liked Crystal's way of communication.

Suddenly Jarvis leaned his head on Reagan's shoulder who was staring at his grandfather who immediately sabotaged Crystal. "Your wife looks really pretty today, she seems to be good at dressing up and picking out clothes. You're so lucky to have her Reagan."

"Shut up, I'm not asking your opinion about Crystal. No matter how beautiful her clothes and makeup are, it still can't cover up the fact of where she came from. Flowers that grow in mud still smell as beautiful as mud, no matter how beautiful it is," replied Reagan curtly as he stepped forward. his feet to his room quickly.

Seeing Reagan's childishness made Jarvis shake his head slowly. Not wanting to make Reagan even more angry, Jarvis then rushed to the room of his boss and best friend to continue their work which was delayed due to Virgo's unexpected arrival.

After twenty minutes back busy in the pile of files that must be done suddenly Reagan slammed the file on the table violently, his voice so loud that Jarvis who was busy with his work gasped in surprise.

"What is it?"

"What are my grandfather and that woman doing? Why don't they come back?!" said Reagan indignantly. "My grandfather wasn't planning on getting that woman to work with me here too, was he?"

Jarvis smiled. "I don't think so, it's impossible for the big master to let his beloved granddaughter-in-law work."

"Then why did they take so long? Why didn't they come back?"

Jarvis pursed his lips, his mischievous brain suddenly came. "What's really bothering you right now Reagan? You're not missing your beautiful wife, are you?"

"Hell no, watch your words."

Jarvis burst out laughing. Teasing Reagan who was in a bad mood like this made him feel like he had a new energy.

"But I have to be honest with you, Reagan. Crystal is absolutely gorgeous. She has a natural beauty that other women out there don't, like your ex-girlfriends who used to wear heavy make-up. I can't really say anything because Crystal is really pretty."

"Beautiful, that woman you call beautiful," Reagan reacted quickly. "Your eyes have experienced their function to see what it looks like, I really really feel sorry for you," he said sarcastically.

"Sounds like it's worth saying to yourself Reagan, don't be sorry if one day you realize too late what a beautiful woman you brought all the way from Melbourne and I hope that by then no other man has realized Crystal's beauty first."

"And if that happens then I'll gladly congratulate the man," Reagan said curtly, his face flushed red, the last words coming out of Jarvis's lips enough to bother him.
