Agreements (Part 2)

After Kaizen and Jayaa headed opposite ways, the Psyker followed the realtor back to the real estate office, where he signed the contract to buy the property in the business district. He was in a great mood for having managed to bargain quite a lot with a little help from the demon.

Three hundred gold coins were still a lot of money, to be specific it was already more than thirty times the amount Kaizen had spent buying his current armor, but he was satisfied with this, because unlike when one buys armor and a weapon, he would not be changing houses from time to time.

For the real estate company, it was also a very good thing to finally get rid of the bureaucratic and tax costs of the haunted house.
