Chapter 3 : Shao Feng Has a Bad Father
"Fengfeng, please don't talk about your father anymore. He is a bad person. He didn't even take the initiative to visit you when you were close to death." Yu Ning suddenly interrupted the conversation when she saw that Yu Ran was silent as if unable to say anything.
Hearing her aunt's words, Shao Feng couldn't help but be silent. Her brain is currently busy thinking and digging up more information regarding the owner of her new body.
She also couldn't wait to go to Yuanshai Valley to activate her cultivation, but the current situation didn't allow her to do so.
"Fengfeng, please don't be offended by your aunt's words. Even though what she said sounds cruel, it's true. You don't need to think about heavy things, just rest your body so you can recover faster." Yu Ran said as she gently stroked Shao Feng's cheek.
"Shame! How can he be so shameless?! Yu Ran, if I were you, I'd be suing that useless husband for divorce."
Yu Ran only chuckled in response to her sister's chatter. If it wasn't for her daughter Shao Feng, then she would have done the same.
But the thought of Shao Feng needing a father figure in her growing up made Yu Ran couldn't help but hold on to her husband, even though it hurt.
"HAHAHA, Yu Ning, human life is always full of shame. We are shameful from birth, we are born naked."
Hearing Yu Ran's joke, Shao Feng and Yu Ning also laughed.
"Shao Feng's mother is really good at making jokes!" Yu Ning said. A moment later, she realized something.
"Oh yeah, we even almost forgot about this meal." Yu Ning opened her tote bag and took out the food that was there.
"I cooked you a curry soup, butter chicken and also a piece of sushi. It's delicious, isn't it? Sit down and eat!"
Helped by Yu Ran, Shao Feng sat down and stared at the food in front of her. Even though she could change her position very easily, Yu Ran insisted on helping her sit up. That again made Shao Feng's heart melt.
"Mom will feed you." Yu Ran said as she took the spoon and plate of food, then put a spoonful of food into Shao Feng's mouth.
Feeling the affection of her mother figure, Shao Feng almost burst into tears. In the past, she had never received the affection of her mother.
Now she could finally feel that affection, and it grew affection in Shao Feng's heart.
"How is Shao Feng? Is Auntie's cooking good?"
Hearing Yu Ning's question, Shao Feng immediately nodded happily with a big smile on her face.
A very moving sight.
While enjoying a time filled with family atmosphere, suddenly the young doctor who had examined Shao Feng came back in. This time he came alone, not with his nurse.
"Good morning, Shao Feng and Shao Feng's family. Sorry to disturb your precious time. I have come here to tell you the happy news. Shao Feng has attained a hundred percent cure rate, and that means she is completely recovered. A miracle happened to our hospital, this is the first time that a patient has recovered as quickly as Shao Feng. You must be a good girl until God grants you good luck."
Hearing the doctor's words, Yu Ran couldn't help but feel happy. She smiled happily and even almost cried thanks to the news. Feelings of emotion began to enter her heart, she said sobbing,
"Thank you, Doctor. My daughter Fengfeng is always surrounded by good luck."
The doctor nodded and smiled, then said again,
"I'm also happy to see you happy. All right, is there something you want to ask?"
"Can I go home now?" Shao Feng asked politely.
Hearing Shao Feng's question, the doctor smiled again and replied with a cheerful expression on his face,
"Of course." But a moment later, the cheerful smile on the doctor's face suddenly disappeared, and was replaced with a curious face.
"But Shao Feng, why do you want to hurry home? Stay a little longer until you feel completely well to go home."
"I have things I can't explain. Besides, I feel very healthy and fit."
Hearing Shao Feng's reply which sounded thoughtful and mature, the doctor looked amazed for a moment. Even more so at Shao Feng's young age.
"Well then, it's all up to you and your family to decide."

When Shao Feng, Yu Ran, and Yu Ning had arrived in front of the hospital to prepare to hail a taxi, Shao Feng suddenly stopped in her tracks.
"What's wrong, Fengfeng?" Yu Ran asked with furrowed brows.
"Mother, Aunt, I want to go to my friend's house first. I have something important to do. Please allow me." Shao Feng said politely.
However Yu Ran shook her head firmly with an aura of firmness.
"No, Fengfeng. You just got out of the hospital as a patient, I'm really worried about your health."
"But, ma'am. Didn't the Doctor say that I was completely cured? I even feel very fit and strong. Please allow me, this is a very urgent situation."
Yu Ran was silent for a moment. Then again asked her only daughter,
"What kind of urgent situation do you mean?"
"I have an appointment with my friend, if I don't meet her, then she won't teach me school anymore." Shao Feng replied while showing a reassuring face.
Hearing Shao Feng's revelation touched Yu Ran's heart. She understood that Shao Feng was not good at academics. Seeing Shao Feng's efforts to improve her academics made Yu Ran now start to consider her decision.
"Okay, I believe in you. Listen to what Mom says, if you don't feel well ... then go home. Don't push yourself too hard to learn. Understand?"
"Yes ma'am. I understand."
After getting permission from her mother, Shao Feng intended to immediately go to her destination, namely Yuanshai Valley. But she didn't even know where the valley was, in fact she didn't even know anything about street names in this modern city.
And most importantly … Shao Feng had no money.
It made Shao Feng suddenly turn towards her aunt,
"Auntie, can you lend me some money? 100 yuan only. I'll replace it later."
Hearing her nephew's request, Yu Ning unceremoniously opened her purse in a hurry and handed Shao Feng some money.
"Oh, of course Fengfeng. This is for you."
Shao Feng smiled happily, "Thank you, Auntie."
