The Playful Eagle 28: My Origin! Part 3

I couldn't believe my eyes! Is this my real dad? The one who left me 7 years ago? All the years I had to grow up without a family?

"Is this really you.. D-Dad?!" I stuttered in confusion.

It looked as if he was holding his leg against Danial's chest, but Danial wasn't doing anything to defend himself, why?

"Why did you show up?" I asked as I clenched my fists.

"We may not have had a good time last time we saw each other.." he said.

"Yeah.. No crap!" I responded quickly.

"But it's all for our Lord, you have to know that!" he continued.

Then suddenly, I just snapped at him.

"WHO IS THIS SETH PIECE OF CRAP?!" I screamed at him.

He seemed confused.

"IS SETH REALLY THE PERSON WORTH MY MOTHER AND SISTERS LIVES?! IS HE WORTH 7 YEARS OF TIME?!" I kept screaming.

"L-Ludwig.." Danial said.

I kept walking closer and closer to my dad.

"TELL ME, FATHER, WAS IT WORTH IT?!" I screamed at his face.

He backed off from Danial, and Danial quickly crawled back.

"I'm here to show you greatness, and pay respects to you and your brother, Ludwig" he said.

I slapped him on his face.

"We don't want your dirty respect.." I said.

He kept staring at me without saying a word.

"If this is really how you want to have it, then I am truly here for your bodies.." he said.

I clenched my fists even harder, I tried my best to keep my anger away, but I couldn't.

"Why dad, my life would have been perfect!" I said while sobbing.

He truly destroyed my life, my future. He destroyed every single potential I had as a human being.

"Why do you want this Seth person so bad, what could he do that could replace your family" I said while sobbing even harder.

He replied with a long sigh.

"SETH!" he shouted.

Suddenly all the robed people looked towards my dad's direction. He handed me a phone, with the dialed number of the police, the only thing left was to hit the ring button.

"If you don't want to be killed, turn your brother in" he said and slowly walked away.

The robed people started to follow my father out the junkyard. I kept staring at the phone, do I dial? Do I lock in my own brother? What family will I have left, but if I don't then I'll be killed..

"Ludwig, I-I beg you, we can win against the old guy!" Danial said from not too far.

The feeling I had inside of my stomach, it was as if someone was twisting it around, with stabbing after stabbing. I was still crying my eyes out.

I slowly put the phone towards my ear.

"LUDWIG!" Danial shouted as he tried to get up.

"And all I wanted to do is to use your Jinnified bodies!" our father said with a chuckle as he kept walking away.

"I would like to.. I would like.. I wo..-" I kept stuttering before I got cut off.

"Please speak more clearly sir, what is your emergency?"

"I w-want to share the location of the leader of "The Steels".." I said.

"LUDWIG!!" Danial screamed.

I gave the location of the graveyard, every word made me even weaker. I felt the same as the day my father left me. My heart was no longer in place, if only I could talk to my father like the way we used to. Heart to heart..

"Everyone listen up..!" I shouted and got everyone's attention.

"I want you all to hide in the basement of my room! No police will find you!" I shouted.

The second I finished talking everyone rushed inside.

"I thought better of you Ludwig, I really did.. I gave you a chance, I gave you seven whole years and this is how you will treat me in the end?!" Danial said.

I slowly walked to my brother, heavy and slow steps as he was still on the ground. I got down and hugged him, I kept my tight grip on him, I didn't want to leave him, however when I heard the police I slowly took my distance so they wouldn't suspect anything more.

"POLICE HERE!!" a voice shouted behind me as I got away from my brother.

Lots of officers were surrounding Danial as they were escorting me. I felt nothing but sorrow, they kept asking me questions but I only responded with "I don't know", at the end they left me at the junkyard and took away Danial.

I walked to the building and into my room to open the basement. There was every single member of the gang, once I opened the entry they all looked at me.

"He's gone.." I slowly said.

They all got up from the basement and I closed the entry behind them. I looked around and they were all on their knees.

"What do we do now, Boss?" one said.

Why are they asking me? What do I know about this, I should be worrying about school! Suddenly I heard a knock at the door.

"Keep quiet as I check who it is, I'll be back!" I said.

I quickly opened and closed the door behind me without looking at who it was.

"Looks like you might want our assistance?" a voice said.

I looked up to see who it was, it was a masked person with dark clothing, almost resembling the robes my fathers people were wearing.

"W-Who are you?!" I said out of shock and got my back towards the door.

There was a slight pause.

"You'll know us as your dream!" the person responded.

My.. Dream?!
