Ox-King Storm Call - The Inescapable Net of Heaven is the Noble Phantasm of Minamoto-no-Raikou.
Gozu Tennou, who is the source of Raikou's demonic nature/strange form, has his divine messenger, the ox, temporarily summoned by her, and she eradicates the enemy camp together with this being.
