Tund

FYI, these are the legends version of Sorcerers of Tund. Not the "Canon" version of them. So all the Sorcerers are dark side users.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I descended upon Tund. Cloaking and observing the Toong refugees. I was not focused on them though. I was focused on who else would be watching them.

Using infrared vision, x-ray vision, and my Force-based senses. I searched for any other watchful eyes.

My Force-based senses picked up nothing. However, I did pick up something on my infrared vision. I focused on the spot where I was picking up the heat signature. Using my bio-helm, I zoomed in on the position and deep-scanned it with X-ray vision.

I made out a clear humanoid figure behind a tree. I switched positions to get a clear view on the figure. After that, I used infrared and regular vision. While still zoomed in. I had a clear sight of the figure. A humanoid being wrapped in red cloth and bandages.

I tried to probe it with the Force, but nothing happened. It was like the person was blended into the space. Making him give off the sense it was just air. I can clearly see it is not air though. Which only leaves the conclusion the being is using Force Cloaking.

I probe a little harder, but carefully. I wanted to get past his cloak and truly see it for what it is.

I managed to snake my senses past the cloak. Now I could truly sense the nature of this being. It is a dark being with madness emanating off of it. It is angry, but happy at the same time. The Force signature it has is, twisted, dark, and irregular. As well as powerful.

The being suddenly turns to my direction, detecting my probing. It gives out an aura of frenzy that even makes me become deadly serious. As I am certain at this point that this creature is completely insane.

I also saw its face. It looked exactly like a Kissai. Though it is not surprising, since they originated from the Sith Priest of the past. This is probably the only planet in the galaxy that where this Sith subspecies still exist.

The Kissai then started to rush to my location. I ran deeper into the jungle environment, away from the Toong. I did not hide my presence in the Force completely so the Kissai can still follow.

After leading the Kissai deep enough, I stopped. I perched in a tree waiting on the Kissai to catch up. Once it was in sight, I cloaked my presence in the Force. The Kissai stopped and looked around with its crazed eyes.

I know that this Kissai is weaker then me. Much weaker than me. However, just as it is unwise to stick your dick in crazy. It is unwise to fight crazy head-on. Especially if you underestimate it. For madness is beyond understanding and does not adhere to any order, rhyme, or reason. As such, fighting a madman in battle is horrible. Despite them being far weaker. Woe be upon thee if they are stronger.

I take two power discs and throw them in two different arcs. The Kissai, which I assume to be a sorcerer, twist his body in disgusting ways to dodge the two discs. The discs change direction and attack together again. The sorcerer dodges disgustingly again. I recall the discs as they are not going to work.

I try something else. I lay a cloaked net mine on a tree. Then I do something useful. I project my Force signature right next to the mine. A neat trick I've developed. Perfect for tricking Force users. The sorcerer takes the bait and activates the net. I then take out a little sleeping dart. So I can knock out the sorcerer.

However, the net does not succeed in capturing the Kissai. No, the sorcerer uses Force Fire to burn the net away with blue flames. I was surprised that such a weak practitioner could use it. Until I saw the side effect.

The Kissai burned itself. Its arms are freshly blistered. No wonder there are bandages there. It is forcing the use of the ability. So it can still use it without being powerful enough to not have side effects. I can counter the fire quite simply now that I know about it.

I set another net mine. However, I also set a sonic mine that is set to high frequency. I set both the mines and project my signature again.

The sorcerer falls for it again despite creeping to the location this time. The sonic mine goes off, stunning the sorcerer. Then the net mine goes off afterwards. The net hits the Kissai and tightens. I then shoot the dart into the Kissai before it can do anything crazy.

It goes to sleep.

I then drag the net under a tree. I remove the net. I briefly inspect the Kissai, "Hm, male."

For safety, I cut off the hands. I then wrap cord around the torso, binding the arms too of course. I bind the legs too. I hang it up from a branch. I uncloak. Finally use a bit of Force Lightning to wake him up.

He jolts awake and give me the crazy eyes.

I begin my questioning, "Are you a Sorcerer of Tund Kissai?"

He gives me a strange look, "You know what I am, alien. This is surprising. We thought the galaxy had forgotten us by now."

I scoff, "Most have, I am not most. Now that you confirmed it. Why did you send those two comets to Toong'L?"

He starts laughing, "Hahaha! You noticed! Oh how surprising! We never considered anyone outside the Sith or Jedi to have the ability to notice. We only included safeguards for them in our plan. You were an unexpected variable. Oh! What does this mean!? What does the Force mean by this!? Why!? How interesting!?Hahaha!"

I give him a smack across the face, "Focus you lunatic. Why did you send the two comets to Toong'L!?"

He smirks at me, "To understand! Delving into the secret machination of the Force requires sacrifice. We used some of our willing people, but no longer. We can afford to lower our population anymore. So we decided to take from somewhere else. The Toong are an easy target. What choice do they have, but to move here of their planet is poisoned?"

I sigh, "So stupid. Of course it is for living sacrifices. You obsessed lunatics are annoying as hell. Are you even sure what you are seeing is correct? The Dark Side may be deceiving you."

His eyes bulge, "No! The Dark Side is as truthful as the Light Side. Its truth is just delivered in a different way."

I sigh again, "Fools, a truth can be a deception if it is delivered in the correct way. That is what the Dark Side does. Mislead with the truth. As the Force does not lie. You sorcerers seek secrets yet only have half the code. Fools the lot of you."

Now knowing the reason. I change my questions. I ask, "Who leads you?"

He grins, "Our knowledgeable leader is Elder Sorcerer Kujar Laanesh. He leads us in our rituals and quest for knowledge!"

"Where is your base?", I quickly ask before he preaches.

He gives a silly smile, "We live in the tallest mountain. That also has the deepest caves."

"Okay, that's enough out of you then.", my plasma cannon pops out and I blast off his head.

I mutter, "Crazy bastards are such a pain to deal with."

I look on the bright side, "At least I have a new target to hunt now. Kujar Laanesh.

Thanks for reading. As to not make you all wait too long. I'll probably make the next chapter tomorrow. Just been slacking a bit as I have been playing the Mass Effect Trilogy. Been damn good so far. Already on Mass Effect 3.
