The First Signs Of Spring

As midnight was approaching, one tended to be immersed in his or her own thoughts. The quiet and calm surrounding lured their worries to resurface from the deepest depth of their minds.

Hisaki was not excluded.

After making herself a mug of warm tea, Hisaki carefully wrapped both of her palms around the ceramic mug and walked out of the kitchen. She had yet to feel sleepy even though she was busy at work during the day and stay focused in class during the night.

The time was showing a quarter to eleven o'clock, almost an hour passed after the night class ended. Tonight was another thrilling yet enjoyable class. 

Still, all of it couldn't take Hisaki's attention off of the problem that kept weighing in her mind.

"What if... there's another possibility?"
