Small Steps Will Lead To Big Changes

A few weeks had passed since the day Mr. Chisaka was discharged from the ward. Throughout the days of his recovery at home, Mrs. Chisaka often updated her about his condition.

Until now, Mrs. Chisaka hadn't brought up the topic with her husband. Hisaki didn't pressure her mother in doing so. As far as she knew, her father would always visit the store from time to time even though not for working.

Fortunately, all of the convenience store staff were trustworthy. Even though they were shocked to witness how their boss was assaulted, they kept their composure and did their best in operating the store during his absence.

Mr. Chisaka also asked for help from the manager who oversaw the store during their family trip in early spring before. The manager was so helpful. He urged Mr. Chisaka to report the situation to the headquarter.

If once again Mrs. Akane's husband and son riled up against Mr. Chisaka, the headquarter would help in pressing heavier charges.
