Chisaka Hisaki and Saeki Heisuke only met each other in the latter half of their lives. Deep scars wounded their hearts yet, they found comfort and healing in each other.

The younger Heisuke almost accidentally killed someone due to his thirst for revenge. Despite escaping death row, he still suffered a decade in prison.

After her initial plan succeeded, she finally met him!

The quiet young man was really him. Even though he didn't show it to anyone, she knew how soft and colorful his heart was; as soft as cotton candy, as colorful as the balls of yarns. 

Heisuke eyed the new girl in town with suspicions but, his heart felt strange. It went doki-doki.

For Our Happier Path

On the day of Mr. and Mr. Chisaka as well as Takuya's departure, Hisaki and Heisuke sent them off to the train station.

Heisuke took a day off today, something that he rarely did.

Mr. Kajiwara was extremely taken aback when the young man first submitted the request a few days ago. The middle-aged man immediately gave him a stamp of approval.

"Takuya, if you have any problems with Shizuka later, ask your sister here. I'll help you," whispered Hisaki next to Takuya's right ear.

Takuya was helpless, "...Sister, are you enjoying this? Making fun of me?"

"I just want to help ah," Hisaki patted her brother's shoulders.

Before Takuya left following the Chisaka couple, Hisaki secretly told him to do his best in the matter relating to Shizuka. The young lad could only smile stiffly at the way his sister was behaving. He never expected to see her so excited over his love life.
