The quiet young man was really him. Even though he didn't show it to anyone, she knew how soft and colorful his heart was; as soft as cotton candy, as colorful as the balls of yarns. 

Heisuke eyed the new girl in town with suspicions but, his heart felt strange. It went doki-doki.

For Our Happier Path

The problem that almost toppled the big Ichikawa family was due to the heir's miscalculation.

Ichikawa Satoru was the first-born male in the Ichikawa young generation. He was also the eldest brother of Mitsuru.

Because of his high status in the family, Ichikawa Satoru grew up to be a crooked and selfish individual. But, not one really dared to discipline him.

Not when the Old Madam Ichikawa adored him greatly.

Before, Ichikawa Satoru was kept in check by the old master but, after the latter's death three years ago, there was no one who could rein him in. Even the current president, Mitsuru's father couldn't do anything.
