Damien's concern deepened as he observed the crimson hue on Suzanne's hands, his brows furrowing. In a hushed tone, he inquired, "What's happening here?" Suzanne, equally perplexed, examined her own hands, puzzled by the sudden appearance of these red bumps.

With a gentle but determined touch, Damien rolled up her sleeves, revealing an array of small, inflamed bumps on her forearms. Suzanne's eyes widened in alarm as she took in the sight. "What could have caused this? How did it happen?" she wondered aloud.

Carefully, Damien released her hands and brushed aside her hair to inspect her neck and face. His gaze traveled over her face, where the same troublesome red bumps seemed to be emerging. Frowning, he asked, "What did you eat for lunch?"

Suzanne responded, her voice tinged with worry, "I had a regular lunch with Princess Charlotte. What's going on, Damien?" She continued to study her forearms, growing increasingly concerned.
