Mathieu's Murder-3 [Bonus chapter]

Édouard didn't get scared by the open threat, which he received from Casimir. "That won't happen," he let go of his throat. It bewildered Casimir why Édouard didn't react the way he wanted him to.

Christian spoke up this time. "Casimir, how dare you betray my trust? What exactly did you do to my son?"

A father was desperate to know the answers. Mathieu was his dearest child and his loss definitely left him devastated at that time. He even put the blame on Charlotte, thinking it all happened because of her. He negated all the claims that Édouard made at that time.

"For a mere title of the duke, you killed Mathieu!" Christian glared into the eyes of the murderer of his son.

"Your Majesty, it was your unjust behavior toward your children that killed Mathieu. I was only a medium to it," Casimir said while blaming Christian too for always making Mathieu insecure around Édouard.
