62. Finally they crossed the bridge

It was nearly 6.30 a.m in the morning when they left the court. The court was in the city and it was atleast three hours far from the Mr Khabi's place. Gami and Sami were on one scooter whereas Adal and Aanaye was on another one.

"Will you be fine behind?" Asked Adal with care.

"Aaa yesss ... I will be now." Replied Aanaye.

The journey for unexpected marriage began.

Adal and Aanaye were following the scooter of Gami and Sami.

The sun didn't rise yet but it as the sky seemed clear so the weather seemed sunny today. The way was quite bumpy.

"Aanaye hold me tight. Aa ... I mean, you might not get hurt." Said Adal.

"Yes, I am holding tightly." Said Annaye.

The distance of atleast an hour was covered but there was sliding on the road.

"Oh No, we got stuck ... Gami stopped and said."

"What happened?" Asked the Adal behind.

"The only way to the city is blocked ,Sir." Said Adal.

"Ohh, Is this the only way? No other alternative?" asked Adal.

"Yes Sir, there is one ... but it is wooden bridge and scooters can't go through it. We can walk and cover the remaining way from that point. We have time shortage as well ... The city will be atleast one and half hour away from that point if we start walking from there." Sami defined the situation.

"Okay and how far is that bridge from here?" Asked Adal.

"It is about an hour far from here." Said Sami.

"Okay boys then we can't waste the time and move there." Said Adal.

"Okay, Sir let's begin." Said Gami.

They headed towards the wooden bridge. It took them atleast an hour to reach there. And finally they reached.

"Where is the bridge?" Asked Aanaye.

"Just climb up this little hill Ma'm, you will see it." Said Gami.

"Oh okay." Said Aanaye.

"Be careful Aanaye. I won't pick you up, if you fell." Adal teased her who was desperate to return home.

"Gami what about the scooters?" Asked Adal.

"We will park and hid them there in the woods behind bushes. There they will be safed as no one use this bridge much. It is kind of dangerous." Said Sami.

"Oh really," Adal said and turned his face towards the hill to climb behind Aanaye but Aanaye got to the top and got freezed.

"Aaa Adal Kay", said Aanaye with a little freaking noise.

"Are you sure this is the bridge on which we have to go through?" Asked Aanaye. "Just say No Adal and return."

"I guess we should wait for the snow to melt on the former way." Said Aanaye with upset mood.

"Why?"Asked Adal.

"Because I have a height phobia and ... and that bridge is weird and haunted and one stepped woods and the mountains are high ... and distance between mountains is really deep. I can't afford to walk on this. I don't want to die yet. I am not married yet. I didn't see my mommy for many days. I want to build a farmhouse for my mommy and me. I want to publish my poetry book yet. In short, I want to die on bed Adal Kay, not on a bridge."

"You give loads of explanations." Said Adal."Let me see."

Adal got on the top of hill and saw the bridge and didn't utter a word for few seconds.

"Oh, we will really die on it. I am not married yet too. You have to hold me and walj me through this. Aanaye." Adal annoyed her more.

Gami and Sami came behind and said,

"What happened sir? let's walk down. We don't have time to waste and reach by 10 a.m at the court."

"Okay Aanaye, We have to go through it calmly and together, if you want to meet your mommy. I am with you. I will protect you." Said Adal.

"No way Adal Kay, look the steep down and see my heart beat." Aanaye without any thought just holded Adal's hand and put it on her heart. It started beating even more faster when she realised her sudden act was inappropriate.

Adal was even shocked when she kept his hand on her heart. Aanaye's cheeks got blushed and she didn't speak a word for a while.

Adal felt her heart beat that was really faster even.

"Ah yes, it is faster. But I will help you."

Both were shy of this situation.

Aanaye walked forward. Sami and Gami were forward walking and both followed them.

They reached the bridge.

"Sir Gami will walk first and between you two will walk and behind I will be." Said Sami.

"Just calm down Ma'm and don't look down." said Gami.

"Gami crossed the bridge. Aanaye move, I will be behind. I will keep you safe. Trust me." Adal relaxed Aanaye.

"Okay. "

"Oh God, please protect me. I won't complain you for anything next in life and forgive my bad deeds. And I will return Feeha's bracelet back that I took from her drawer and forgot to return her. And will allow Keeha to borrow my sandals. Aanaye just prayed like a child and Adal looked at her with a smile."

"So you hid your Feeha's s bracelet." Asked Adal in order to divert her attention.

"No, I didn't take. I borrowed it from her but was not in mood to return." Said Aanaye.

"Aah very bad." Said Adal.

"It is not bad, she is my sister. And they both borrow my things but without my permission." Aanaye just cleared her situation.

"Anyways what could I say. Just now you said that you will allow Keeha to have your sandals. This shows you donot allow her to borrow." Adal asked.

"I am very much sensitive about my shoe collection that is why donot allow my sandals to be used by anyone." Aanaye tried to clear herself.

"Aah okay okay ... " Said Adal witj unsatisfactory way that annoyed Aanaye.

"You think that I am selfish sister? "Asked Aanaye.

No, replied Adal.

"But you said Okay Okay in such manner." Asked Annaye.

"Well I dont think but but I am sure you are mean." Said Adal.

Okay Ma'm, hold my hand. Said Gami who was standing infront at the end of the bridge.

Aanaye holded Gami's hand and then looked at Adal. "Adal Kay you are annoying." Said Aanaye.

"Really?" Said Adal.

"Ma'm Welldone you crossed it with bravery." Said Sami behind.

"Really, Adal Kay see I am strong. But You annoyed me." Anyways I feel proud.
