Establishing a true capital

After healing the villagers Thornir built them some houses that they can stay in, and he started to create jobs for the majority of the people.

The number of villagers that joined him were around 120. 20 of them were elders, 40 of them were adults and 60 were children. Of those 60 children around 15 or so were infants between the ages of 1-3, 30 were between the ages of 5-10 and 15 were between the ages of 11-15.

With this Thornir started to create a system that would start putting the people to work since he won't do all the work.

So he had Stygard lead teams of up to 5 people out to hunt so that he could better train them on how to catch prey and to avoid other wildlings who might be hostile.

Val trained 10 people who wanted to become warriors. She taught them exactly like how Thornir taught her.

Thorell continued on bringing back clanless people to join Thornir and scouting out other clans. Thornir remained in his room in his keep practicing control over his magic which has gotten a little out of control because of how fast it increased over the years.

Dalla often joined him not because she couldn't control her magic but to just improve her control over it.

Along with practicing his control over his magic Thornir also practiced with his sword skill since even though he did a lot of fighting in Essos with a sword he still wanted to improve his skills since right now somebody like Jaime Lannister could beat him if he didn't use his magic.

But if he uses his magic then Jaime won't stand a chance. And Thornir wants to limit his magic use in front of Western Lord's at least for now.

And when he wasn't training he was building up Hardhone by creating a sizable Port on the beach to dock ships from trader's that he will eventually invite to his town and for his Navy that he will eventually start the construction of.

Eventually some months passed (10 Months) and now Hardhone which was previously an empty abandoned city was now thriving with over 5k people.

Thornir was now 19 years old, 5ft 11, with black hair and small goatee growing on his face. By now he had also officially taken the Title of 'King Beyond the Wall' but he was far from actually being the King beyond the wall because the population of the Wildlings across the wall was a little over 100k.

And Thornir only has 5k of those Wildling's in Hardhone. Luckily they were split up into many small clans and major clans that couldn't challenge him so taking over the rest of the clans would be easy.

Thornir had actually planned and calculated how many soldiers he would have after conquering all the Clans. That number was between 10k-20k not including the support units such as the Medics, cooks, and other non-combatants.

The other 80k or so people would be civilians working in the Kingdom.

But that number was a rough estimate of how many people would join the army to fight, so potentially there could be more than 20k people who join up with the army.

And now because Hardhone is becoming a thriving city beyond the wall with 5k people Thornir invited Merchants from Braavos to come to his city and bring some crucial goods and other things that his city would need such as food.

The money used to buy these goods was what Thornir and his group earned during their time in Essos. And they have a pretty sizable amount of it since they even robbed some of the Magister's in Volantis without them knowing.

Some would call Thornir and his group thieves but what he did was because he knew that building up a city would cost a lot of money and where else to get a lot of money than from the Magisters who exploit the people and Horde a lot of the money.

And plus he didn't like the Magister's since some of them acted like complete dicks to him when he was in the city so stealing some of their money was a reasonable response.

But back to Hardhone, Thornir was standing on the balcony of the keep looking down at the beach that contained the 5k people going about their daily lives. All the people in the small city called Thornir the King Beyond the wall.

In fact, he didn't start calling himself that as the people started calling him that, and it began to spread around to the other people of the city.

Thornir was going to call himself that anyway, so he just accepted the Title.

Even the Merchants started to call him by that title whenever they saw him since they highly respected him because of the profits that they made.

Most of the merchandise brought to Hardhone by the merchants were food and cloth and some other minor resources.

Thornir used the cloth to combine it with fur to make some comfortable clothes for the people. Luckily some of the people who came to Hardhone knew how to make fur clothes so Thornir gave those people the job of how to do it since he didn't have the knowledge of making clothes.

He also had them train other people in making fur clothes to improve the production of clothes.

Of course everybody who came to Hardhone already had fur clothes but some of them were torn fur clothes or worn out.

And Thornir wanted to improve those clothes so that everybody stayed warm throughout the Winter.

The food brought to Hardhone fed the people since it was cold year round for the people beyond the wall.

Agriculture was non-existent, so there were a great many hunters in Hardhone who hunted the many animals that live beyond the wall.

But importing food from merchants eased the burden on the hunters to supply food to nearly 5k people.

So far Thornir didn't establish any currency for his Kingdom, so everybody mainly just helped one another survive which is what Thornir required of the people who live in his city and if you didn't like that then you got kicked out.

Thornir didn't have time for people who didn't want to support their own people and as the King he didn't hesitate to kick them out.

So in these 10 months the city of Hardhone has started to become a known city beyond the wall but most people especially in the West dismissed this as insignificant news while trader's saw this as an opportunity.

One such group that saw this as an opportunity was the Iron Bank who sent a diplomat to speak with the King Beyond the wall but the travel from Braavos to Hardhone would take around 6-8 months.

Thornir had no idea that somebody from the Ironbank was coming to meet with him; instead he focused on the dream he had.

But instead of a dream it was knowledge from the God that sent him here. It revealed the location of an Iron Mine located in the Frost Fangs which was a long way from Hardhone. But having iron would be beneficial for him.

Thornir hopes that the next reward he receives will be something that will help him and his city like a detailed map of all the hidden resources beyond the wall and such.

But one can only hope.
