Urmah stood confused for a moment, not comprehending what was happening.

Tiye…. no not Tiye, it was something else. Someone else was looking and speaking to him. The voice was Tiye’s but more sultry and melodic. The way she talked, the way she moved, was different.

Even the way she smelled, like pomegranate and ale, it was wafting out of her body, not the subtle flowery smell he associated with the princess always.

This entity was powerful and exuded vigor. He can feel it. Hell, he can even smell it. She gave orders expecting people to obey not as a queen or royalty, but like a goddess who will smite you if you defied her.

He shook his head, looking around, observing the people who were oblivious to what was happening here in front of them, but they were watching the beasts play with their soon to be food.
