An Important Encounter

Alicia was so frustrated by Luca's last reaction, she just couldn't admit that h pestering her gave her some kind of joy.

She was eighty percent expecting him to pull her back just like in movies, as for the 20 percent left she expected a sentence that will make her stop from him.

But none of what she expected happened, but she really couldn't hold him to anything because she still didn't want to marry him.

She wondered how he came in without drawing much attention too.

Although she clearly knows the fact that it can't be escaped. Alicia pulled her hair in frustration and was about to come up with a plan when a knock came on her office door

"Hey Alicia" This time it was an older man who stretched his neck in and had a pleading smile on his face.

Alicia so much hated that expression, she had been feeling uneasy before but George's expression just confirmed that her day was gonna be worse.
