After a month of being together, they found out Natalie couldn't take just any blood but Arnold's, which opted them to get into a marriage contract proposed by Arnold, who was already in love with the obstinate woman.
Gradually, both of them discovered they had an unsettled past together.

Natalie made a turn and she took Arnold to her mansion, she called her assistant to help her pick Arthur up from school. Natalie knew that it was stupid to take a vampire to the hospital however, she didn't understand why the man was yet to wake up. She tried to recall the look on his eyes when he begged her to stay. Arnold looked pitiful and guilty at the same time. It was like he knew her from somewhere.

She was finally in the mansion and her men helped her take Arnold to her room. She couldn't risk putting him elsewhere because of the humans around. She didn't know how wild he was or will get when he saw humans.

She knew that he looked innocent but she didn't trust him.
