Blood Beast Potion

Ian jumped onto his bed after getting into his room.

He lay down for a moment due to exhaustion; before standing up and placing the spoils of war in front of him.

" The Stone ball, Stability Ore, Soul cleansing flower roots... ... hmm not bad I got a lot of items," Ian muttered.

There are about 23 items he got as spoils, All of which can be considered treasures; However, the most important one should be this stone ball.

" How should I use this..." Ian muttered.

In the original plot, Asher discovered this Stone ball later on in the story; however, he gave it to Aeric.

Aeric integrated this stone ball into his 'Library of Babel' but honestly... Ian felt that there were better ways to use it than that.

By that time of the story, the usage of 'Library of Babel' was close to zero.

Ian can't blame Aeric though...Who would have expected that this Stone ball would react so intensely and fuse with that library space when Aeric touched it.

This stone ball had another name- Realm Core.

All realms have a center, they are the source of all power and the amalgamation of all life that once lived on it- They are called Realm cores.

The older a Realm, the purer the Realm core, and the more life a Realm has, the stronger the Realm core's power would be.

Of course, This stone ball isn't from a realm like the Central realm. The Realm from which this stone was extracted must be a lifeless wasteland.

These are considered Inferior realms, and their realm cores can't be compared to the Realm Cores of Realms with life.

If he wasn't wrong, then this Realm core should be an opportunity left behind at that Pawn shop by that mysterious entity.

However, almost all the opportunities left behind by that Entity would need to have Aeric. why? simple - because of the Mark on Aeric's left wrist.

'If only I had that Mark.'

Ian did envy Aeric's talent, But if there was a chance for him to have one thing that Aeric also has, that would definitely be that Mark.

Ian shook his head and stopped thinking about it further.

He can't recall any way to use the Realm core anytime soon with his level, Ian didn't even know what level he should reach before he could use it.

Ian put the stone aside and turned his attention towards something else.

" It's about time I advance to Yellow grade " Ian muttered.

He already learned the main abilities of Orange grade. The only thing he lacks right now is the Stability of Mind and the amount of mind power.

Recalling the time when he Advanced to Orange Grade, Ian couldn't help but think- What if his Mind broke down?

He would become vegetative for sure, there is no questioning that...However, can he still go back to normal using regression?

And after regressing will he still be vegetative since it's his cognitive ability itself that would break down?

Thinking about these possibilities alarmed Ian, To avoid this, he could take it slow and spend a few more months in the Orange grade.

" However... using a shortcut would be better," Ian said to himself, His lips curved into a smirk.

It's the Stability Ore he got at the Dark Street! one of his spoils of war.

It can strengthen the Mind and reinforce the Mental Space.

This effect was too Enticing for Mind practitioners.

Like, who wants to waste a few more months or even years if they could use a single ore to resolve it?

Ian still felt slightly guilty for only paying a small sum of money to get this treasure from an old lady.

However, thinking about the thoughts of that old lady, Ian's guilty heart calmed down.

It's that old lady who took him to her store and said that her rocks might have Natural treasures and he would earn something if he was lucky.

With the help of |True Vision| he saw that all the rocks were actually normal rocks!

The only rock that is a natural treasure was the signboard of the store and... he bought it obviously.

Somehow, it ended up being a Stability Ore.

This can be considered the only opportunity he got by himself without relying on his future knowledge.

"Anyway, Let's start right now..."

He placed the Stability ore on his forehead and tied it using a cloth.

Later he used a blender to make the Soul-calming flower roots into a paste.

These flowers are treasures used by Mind practitioners since a long time ago.

At those times, people used to call the Mind as Soul, so they named this flower with its effects - Soul calming flower.

Unfortunately, these flowers are almost extinct right now. Ian only found these preserved roots in an old container inside a Herb store.

He used filter paper to remove the solid substances and get a pure extract.

Just smelling it made Ian feel calmer than when he was in the Tranquil state.

After that, he took the potion he bought at a High-end store, which was only slightly inferior to the Trading Center.

It's called Beast Blood potion.

Ian gulped it down in one beat.

This time other than seeing the reactions happening in his body, his consciousness went a bit deeper and stared at the changes in his Mental Space.

' So...this is why Mental space would break down if too many potions were consumed ' Thought Ian in shock.

He finally understood why His mind became Unstable after advancing to Orange grade.
