In Ji Soo's Dream.
Ji Soo looks at her eight-year-old self. The little girl was in a room that had a window left open.
"That's me?" Ji Soo thought, looking at her eight-year-old self as she looked at the room she was in once before.
Ji Soo slowly approached the little girl who was sitting curled up with her hands resting on the edge of the bed.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Ji Soo asked surprised. She was sure she could see a white light appearing out of nowhere.
The little girl didn't turn around when Ji Soo called out to her. She was still busy staring out the window, which made Ji Soo curious and approached her.
The little girl turned out to be playing with a butterfly that had broad blue wings. The bright white light came from the little Ji Soo's body.
But how can that be?
"Ahh… I remember! It must be a full moon night," Ji Soo said and looked at her bedroom window.
More and more butterflies appeared, and little Ji Soo seemed pleased with the presence of this adorable little creature.
Ji Soo's little hand began to swing in the air, following the movement of the butterflies that started to circle her.
The adult Ji Soo is still watching closely. Her gaze alternated between the sight of the full moon and the little Ji Soo, who kept on glowing.
"Shouldn't I be..." Ji Soo said while remembering what her grandfather had said.
Before Ji Soo finished saying, there was someone who opened the bedroom door.
The man walked quickly, even penetrating Ji Soo's body with ease, which made Ji Soo surprised and immediately found out who had just entered.
"Grandpa?"
Ji Soo could hardly believe what she saw.
She saw the figure of her grandfather, who she missed so much.
Oh Jae Pyo approached little Ji Soo. He immediately waved his hand to get rid of the butterflies surrounding her granddaughter.
"Grandpa?!" Little Ji Soo exclaimed with a frown on her face.
"Did you forget that tonight is the full moon? How many times have I told you, if the night of the full moon comes, you should be in the room and not open the window, Ji Soo!"
Oh Jae Pyo's face looks worried as he holds Ji Soo's shoulders. He looked at his granddaughter's body with a bright white color.
"Actually… what's wrong with me, grandpa?" Ji Soo asked surprised.
Instead of answering Ji Soo's question, Oh Jae Pyo immediately hugged his granddaughter as he stroked Ji Soo's long hair.
"It's okay, Ji Soo. I'll take care of you. After a full moon night, you can play as usual," Oh Jae Pyo said and already straightened his face.
"Where are mom and dad?" Ji Soo asked again.
"Tomorrow, you will meet your father and mother. I will take you myself. For now, you must travel with them," Oh Jae Pyo looked like he wanted to cry, but he held it in as hard as he could.
Ji Soo doesn't understand what Oh Jae Pyo is explaining. She had not seen her parents for a month. Her grandfather only said that Ji Soo's parents were busy doing important work.
"Tomorrow? I remember… I remember times like this," an adult Ji Soo approached little Ji Soo and her grandfather.
"You can't go! Tell mom and dad not to come! They're going to be in a car accident! I beg you… Grandpa! Can you hear me!" Ji Soo shouted.
Ji Soo wants to touch his grandfather's shoulder. But she forgot that she was only a shadow in her memories.
"No… I beg you… you can't go," Ji Soo started to cry and looked frustrated.
"Grandpa? Please, I beg you, tell mom and dad. They can't come to pick me up! Grandpa!!"
When Ji Soo cried and was still frustrated. At that moment, it was like a big wind that hit her body, until she was slammed backward quickly, pulling Ji Soo into a dark hole that didn't know where the end was.
**Ji Soo's dream ends**
"Hmm… Grandpa? Mom? Dad…"
Ji Soo muttered and started to wake up from her sleep. Slowly, she opened her eyes, and the first thing she saw was a butterfly flying low above her face.
"Uhmm…butterfly?"
Ji Soo got up from her wake while looking at a butterfly that was still close to her.
"Ahh… it hurts," Ji Soo looked at her right shoulder, a bandage was wrapped neatly covering the wound.
"My head feels dizzy," said Ji Soo while looking at the bedroom window with the curtains open.
Ji Soo's eyes widened at the sight of a night with a bright full moon. She immediately panicked, and her memories came back to her.
Ji Soo immediately got out of bed. She walked towards the bedroom window with difficult steps, even though she often stopped to catch her breath for a moment.
When Ji Soo stopped walking, she looked at a mirror not far from where she was standing. She could see her body glowing and giving off a white light.
"Hhh… why does it have to be tonight?"
Ji Soo resumed her footsteps so she could be closer to the edge of the window. Arriving near the window, Ji Soo opened the window and tried to get rid of the butterflies that still wanted to be close to her.
"You have to go! Don't come near me!"
She swung one arm, trying to repel a butterfly without hurting the little animal.
After a while, the butterfly was able to get out of the room through the window.
Ji Soo closed the window, as well as the curtains that had been tightly closed. The sight of the full moon had disappeared from her sight. But that didn't mean her body didn't emit light.
The condition of the room is quite dark, making Ji Soo look so bright. She seemed to steal the attention with her body which continued to glow with bright white light.
"Hhh ... at least there is no one in this room," said Ji Soo, feeling relieved.
But the relief was only momentary. The door to Ji Soo's room opened, and Youra - the maid who came in with a washbasin and a small towel to clean Ji Soo's room was seen.
"Miss Ji Soo?" Youra is surprised to see Ji Soo's different appearance.
"It turns out you… you…" Youra's words made Ji Soo frown in surprise.
"I can explain this. You don't need to be afraid," Ji Soo was nervous and mistakenly thought that Youra was afraid of her situation.
In fact, Ji Soo also felt scared by Youra's sinister gaze.
"There are special circumstances that I usually go through, and… that only happens on a full moon. You don't have to be afraid of me,"
"I didn't think… it turned out to be you… you were one of them," said Youra was still unclear.
Youra just walked away while continuing to stare at Ji Soo. But she had removed the basin of warm water from her hands.
The sound of "byur" made Ji Soo surprised and worried about the middle-aged woman.
"Are you okay?" Ji Soo said, walking slowly towards Youra who suddenly bent down while holding her knees.
Youra seemed to have lost her strength. Her breath was audible as she hid her face was full of sweat. Her body felt weak, and she fell to the wet floor.
"Are you okay?" Ji Soo asked again. She was already quite close to Youra, one hand was stretched out straight and ready to touch the shoulder of the maid, who was acting strangely.
"DON'T!!"
Youra screamed so loudly.
Ji Soo pulled her hand away immediately.
"Wh… why?" Ji Soo was nervous because Youra's voice just now sounded louder and more sinister.
"GO! GO AND HIDE!!"
Youra turned to Ji Soo. Her face looked sinister with many blue veins protruding and appearing around her face.
"GET OUT OF HERE!!! HIDE!!! OR YOU WILL DIE!!!"
