I met my husband Pado in the Shutitte village, he was always so kind to me, he would tell me tales of his village and how they've never left the boundaries because the rest of the world is dangerous. He taught me how to fish, how to use the bow and arrow, how to climb. He is a teacher and a friend to me, he helped me heal from my broken heart when I lost everything-- my family, my home.
Now, we have our own kids, our first son Kush, Pari our daughter and Seti the last boy. Although Pado wants more kids but I've always refused. The boundary of our village have been obeyed by all till today, sometimes I still wonder what's out there.
My children are just like me; stubborn but they are good kids. Despite how many times we've told them not to go into the bushes, they still go and each time, the biggest catch is brought home.
"The story Kara", Pado reminded me softly with a selfish smile.
