 He raised her chin forcing her to look at his cold-blooded gaze. Emma shrieked, afraid of what he might do to her. She knows him. She knows how dangerous he is.

His fingers dig holes painfully into her skin.

" This is my house and I make the rules。 If you dare to disobey me, I will not just ruin you but also everyone you hold dear to your heart," He said coldly gnashing his teeth in rage. 

Then, he bent down placing his mouth on her ear. His lips parted and he whispered,

　　Emma slowly turned towards Blake's direction to see him sitting down on the sofa she earlier stood up from. Her laptop seated by his side.


　　She bowed her head guiltily and fearfully thinking of a way to apologize without having to add sorry again.


　　He let her off earlier probably because of the people around. She might not be lucky this time.


　　"I needed my laptop and couldn't call my brother to bring it for me so I called Zoe to help me get it, I ap–"


　　"Cut it, I don't need your explanations. Go eat your breakfast before it gets cold and it's almost time for lunch, you have a work there" Blake cuts in dismissively pointing towards the kitchen.


　　Emma was once again threw off guard by his reply but instead of moping at him again, she nodded her head and scurried off before he changes his mind.
