CHAPTER Sixty- Six

  Ryland

I left school for the day because I had a free period, but I was heading straight to work. I couldn’t be bothered with work, but I needed to go. I headed towards my car.

“Hello, son, it has been a long time,”

The voice I heard from behind me was enough to make me freeze and caused a wave of anger to build inside of me. It can’t be Why would he be here It sure as hell was not for me. I have not seen or heard from him in probably ten years, and I preferred it that way. My fists clenched at my sides, and I slowly turned to face him.

“What the fuck are you doing here” I hissed.

He looked the same as he did back then, only older. However, he still had the same evilness in his eyes.

“That isn’t the way you are supposed to talk, you father, Ryland,” he said.

“You are no father of mine, you sick bastard,” I snapped through gritted teeth.

“How are you How is your mother”

I didn’t like the way he asked after my mother. The tone in his voice disgusted me.
