　　Ryland was out for the count.To put it simply, he needed sleep. Since the monster had returned Ryland was out before I was up and back after I was fast asleep; and let’s not even mention his emotional state.I woke up an hour ago, but I left him to sleep. I was happy that we had sorted things between us, but he was still severely hurting. I only hoped I could help him through this and that he stuck to his word.


　　I wanted us to concentrate on all the good that was to come. Prom and Graduation were fast approaching, and we would probably be hearing from colleges within the next couple of weeks. I didn’t want that pathetic excuse of a man and Matty ruining this for Ryland. Matty has been unbearable these last couple of weeks. He had used the fact that Ryland was vulnerable and not around as much to try up his game with me. I was quick to shoot him down. I was not going to let him take advantage of the situation, of me.
