　　It was hard to believe classes start in a week! Orientation happened this week, but we only attended the odd things due to work. This week was my last full week at work which made me a little sad since I was really enjoying my job, and the money came in handy. We had the mixer with the other first-year students this Friday and the BBQ on Saturday at Peter and Ashley’s house, which meant my mom and Jack would be here in a couple of days —they would be staying with Peter and Ashley. I couldn’t wait to see my mom. I have missed her more than I thought I would, and I knew Gracie had too.
