Though without a decision, the topic was debated for the following twenty minutes.
“Take tonight to think about it, and we can view it tomorrow, then you can make your final decision, okay” Peter sighed, knowing we wouldn’t get anywhere with it right now.
“I am fine to do that,” Gracie smiled.
“How are the kids Can I get them for the day on Saturday If you don’t have plans, that is…”
“They are great and eager to see you all. Yes, of course you can, angel,” Gracie’s entire face lit up when Peter said she could.
“Yay! Thank you.” The rest of us were working on Saturday, but Gracie wasn’t. The kids would be good company for her.
We stayed in the coffee shop for an hour before leaving, “Remember the viewing is at six tomorrow night! Can everyone make it” Peter asked, and we all nodded. We would be done with classes or work by then.
