I Like You.

Mu Chen first thought was that she was beautiful. Her long black hair and cat like eyes were mesmerizing, it was a shame she was poor, there was no way someone like her could help him in the industry, only Shen Yi could, but now that Shen Yi has broken up with him, he didn't really mind because now he has Meng Ziyi.

Looking at Zhou Xi smile he could tell that the girl already liked him, Mu Chen sat down and said "I have not been seeing you on the film set lately."

"That is because I am not longer the female protagonist. Now i am just a side character." Zhou Xi said sadly.

Mu Chen knew how it was. If not for Shen Yi he would never have risen this far. There were a lot of people who wanted to step down on him because he was poor and also who tried to take his role as the male protagonist but anytime it happen, Shen Yi would always come to his rescue. He admits that he got close to her for her money but now that they have broken up, he felt as if he had feelings for her. He wondered if he should fight for his relationship with her or if he should just move over to Meng Ziyi.

He looked at Zhou Xi who was once like him in the industry and said "As long as you are poor and you wish to be in this industry, just know that you will always be trampled on by the rich. Even though they don't deserve the role, with their money they will get it."

Shen Yi smiled softly because she remembered how she helped him out whenever he was being bully by someone richer. At that time she would threatened Li Lingyun to help Mu Chen. She have never once regretted it and she was sure that she would never regret it. Mu Chen is everything to her, they are met to be together and that is why fate is helping them.

Mu Chen bought out a watch and said "I believe this is yours."

Zhou Xi smiled and said "Yes, it is mine. Thank you for taking out time to return it to me."

Mu Chen looked around the cafe and noticed not much people were in it.

Zhou Xi noticed his gaze and said "I looked for a cafe that wasn't too popular in order to avoid attention. I knew you wouldn't like such a thing."

Mu Chen smiled at her and said "Thank you for your thoughtfulness."

At that moment, Shen Yi felt like she was in love with him all over again and she made a promise to herself that she will never allow them to be apart again.

As for Mu Chen, he wondered if he could have both Meng Ziyi and the girl in front of him.

Lin Yan came back to Sun Villa late in the night. Spending time with her brother made her so happy, her brother was the only person she could trust.

When she entered the living room, it was quiet, she checked the time and saw that it was 9pm, she knew that Li Xiao would have gone to bed by now. She went to the kitchen to get some water, when she heard a deep voice asked "Where have you been?"

Lin Yan drank the water she poured on a glass before saying "I went out with some friends."

Li Lingyun frowned at her reply and said "You don't have any friends. So where were you?"

Lin Yan looked at Li Lingyun and asked "What makes you think I don't have any friends."

"Shen Yi do not test my patience. Were you with Mu Chen. Why? You couldn't bare a month without him."

"I wasn't with him, I broke up with him already and I don't interrogate you this much whenever you come home late."

"Because I worked late. You don't interrogate me because you have never cared and because you know where I was."

Lin Yan sighed and rubbed her hands in her head, she was already feeling a headache coming on, she knew she should never have drank even Lin An told her not to drink but she still did. She was lucky she was still a little sober.

Li Lingyun saw her attitude and walked closer to her, he sniff her a little and asked "Were you drinking?"

Lin Yan looked at him and said "I promise I will argue with you tomorrow but in the meantime can I go to my bed."

"Did you drive here after drinking? Have you lost it." Li Lingyun asked angrily.

Lin Yan felt annoyed. Does he not know how to do anything apart from scolding her like a kid. "I only drank a little, so what is wrong with me driving."

"Everything is wrong with that. What if you have gotten into an accident."

"I am alright and stop acting like that."

"Stop acting like what?" Li Lingyun felt like this woman could definitely drive him crazy. What if she had harm herself, what would he have done. The thought of losing the annoying woman in front of him didn't sit well with him.

Lin Yan remembered her brother's words and said "Stop acting like you like me, it's annoying." She was about to leave the kitchen, when Li Lingyun grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him as he said "I like you."

"What?" Lin Yan felt his words were able to make her sober completely.

"You told me to stop acting like I like you but I can't because I like you. So whenever you get drunk or when you need me, no matter the time call me. I will always answer you." Li Lingyun said as he looked at her intensely.

Those words and his intense look made Lin Yan heart to fluttered. But it couldn't be, it hasn't even been a year since Li Jun betrayed her, so how could she start liking another man so soon, could it be Lin An was right. Was she never in love with Li Jun.
