Carne Village. It was the place where the Master fought against the Eldar's greatest. I had recently been designated to spy on the village with my sole purpose of informing the Master of the daily goings of its inhabitants as well as its surrounding forests and plains.
Over the several days I have monitored the village, the 16 year-old female human known as 'Enri Emmot' had used the [Horns of the Goblin General] to summon a unit of 19 goblins to aid her in the reconstruction and expansion of Carne.
Upon the rebuilt homes and farms, the goblins, with the assistance of the villagers, have created a tall wooden wall that surrounds the whole village for protection with the goblins training the villagers in archery to combat any invading force.
It is from my observation that the villagers need an ample amount of time until they can safely say that they can protect themselves. It is still an accomplishment from their former state of being a near helpless village only a few days prior.

E-Rantel. A fortress city which had been constructed to be a first-line defense against any foreign excursion from either the Slane Theocracy or the Empire of Baharuth. From monitoring several offices and posts, records suggest that the fortress-city has a total population of nearly a hundred thousand or more.
Many establishments, both legal and illegal, have been located here with the most notable being the Adventurer's Guild and a local pharmacy.
It is also to be noted that the aforementioned pharmacy is owned by a famous pharmacist, Lizzie Bareare, regarded by the populace of the city as their greatest, her grandson, Nfirea Bareare, has been noted to be from former conversations between the Master and the girl from Carne.
If her words are to be trusted than subjects 'Bareare' are to be classified as top priority with the request of several wraiths to safeguard the safety of both subjects.
Their future assistance in creation of elixirs and potions as well as advancing the possibility of forming a hybrid between Warp and Yggdrasil magics.
Another important note to be added are the several criminal organizations operating in E-Rantel.
Corruption runs rampant in the city guard with instances of bribery and extortion being commonplace in the guard, this is a great liability that can be exploited if ever an invasion of E-Rantel shall be undertaken.
Seizure of control over the criminal underworld will be a great boon in not just our spy network but as well as the expansion of influence, though the possibility of an Immortal to arrive unbeknownst to the city will be difficult, but not impossible.

Arwintar. The 'Imperial Heart' it is sometimes called. It is the capital of the Empire of Baharuth and the center of Imperial power and administration.
It is to be known that a profession similar to that of adventurers found commonly in the Re-Estize Kingdom but their standing in the social hierarchy of the Empire is comparable to that of common whores of brothels and peasant farmers.
The Empire has a clear dislike of them, labeling them as 'Workers,' showing a clear difference between their western counterparts in the Kingdom. Their lives being seen as both cannon fodder and disposable names on a piece of paper.
From further investigation into the Imperial Palace grounds, the Empire has a clear advantage in magic and sorcery over the Kingdom as well as an organized order of knights instead of peasant conscripts and levies which the Kingdom heavily relies on.
Reports from Scarab 204219 of Carne Village have indicated that the plains known as Katze, that make the border between the Empire and Kingdom, are a yearly battleground between the two nations.
The Slane Theocracy masqueraded as Baharuth Knights in order to create tensions between the two and hopefully ambush and kill the Head Warrior, Gazef Stronoff, of the Kingdom to break the balance of order in the area but the intervention of the Master had foiled their plans and saved Carne as well as subject Stronoff.
In the depths of the Palace, the lone Death Knight that subject 'Ainz Ooal Gown' created from the false Baharuth Knight, which roamed the plains and forests where Carne Village was situated in until it was captured by the head mage and sorcerer of the Empire, subject 'Fluder Paradyne'.
Over several days since its capture, the Death Knight oversaw Fluder, with the assistance of scribes and his students, tried to take control of the Death Knight but has currently shown no progress in doing so.
From current knowledge, the greater possibilities in furthering our knowledge and power in Yggdrasil magics and the Warp, makes subject Paradyne an important asset in the future with either the complete annexation or vassalization of Baharuth.

The entirety of the Slane Theocracy is comparable to former files on many timelines wherein the Imperium of Man's Emperor, is slain and forced unto his 'Golden Throne' and is immortalized as the 'God-Emperor' of Mankind. The Theocracy's architecture is reminiscent to that of the human's gothic cathedrals and churches.
The Theocracy is to be known as one of, if not, the greatest threat that this world may offer with their supposed 'Black Scripture' being descendant of the Theocracy's 'Gods,' without any Necron assistance, Nazarick might have small problems in beating the Theocracy with the supposed friendship of an Ice Dragon to the Theocracy.
Of our three neighbors, the Slane Theocracy wields the greatest potential in military and magical areas with their power to summon one of the Aeldari 'Gods' already giving them ample amount of evidence as a dangerous adversary.
Their 'Six Scriptures' are their greatest military branch with the sub-branch of the Black Scripture being the strongest of them.
The Six Scriptures were made to symbolize one of the Theocracy's Six 'Great Gods' with the Black Scripture symbolizing the God of Death, Surshana.
Of all the members of the Black Scripture, the one known as 'Zesshi Zetsumei' is a half-breed between a human and an elf of which is biologically impossible with her supposed connection to the 'Gods' as a known descendant of theirs.
This genetic miracle is extremely rare with odds being close to impossible if done without biomancy or bio-engineering as had happened in the former Necron Empire.
If ever subject 'Zetsumei' does come under our control then studies and tests should be undertaken to understand as to how the hybrid was formed through natural means.
As well, the captain of the Black Scripture has been noted to have defeated multiple councilors of the Argland Council State who are dragons with the only known councilor who has yet to be defeated being the Platinum Dragon Lord.
He is noted to also wield 'God Blood' in his veins and is thought to be another descendant of the Six alongside Zetsumei.
Both subjects are of importance to monitor the difference between 'Mortal' and 'God' bloods. The possibilities of creating a race of demigods is a great addition to the forces of the Master.
