After a series of votes, the "Hill Treaty" document was approved.
The treaty adopted a contribution system to handle global-level supernatural events. Whether it was intelligence, investigating the causes, Strange Objects, etc., all were considered a form of contribution.
After the supernatural event was dealt with, organizations with lower contributions would compensate those with higher contributions post-event through financial, technological, and talent resources.
Following the signing of the treaty, many weaker member organizations let out a sigh of relief.
Because relying on their own abilities, they truly could not solve this incident independently and eventually, they still had to rely on stronger parties; spending money and risking lives seemed worthwhile.
