Lilly's slightly squeezed her mouth to the right and with a disdainful look in her eyes, she watch her dad leave without saying goodbye to him as usual, even though whenever she did, she was never happy telling him goodbye. She knew she will see him again in three or four days time and each time she does, there is always going to be an argument, a fight or a provoking word from him that will happen to make her dislike him the more, but she was glad in heart that today was different and for once, he got to listen to her mom to grant her her hearts desire.

"Hey, are you happy now?" Her mom asked after taking a close look at her face all through the time she kept staring at her dad who was on his way out until the door from which he exited, closed.

"Should I look sad?" Lilly replied, keeping a consistent hard face and she turned to look at her mom whose eyes were not willing to stop looking at her as if she had committed a crime or was hiding something from her.
