Prologue: Meeting of Gods

"This is blasphemy!" exclaimed the God of Life, a tall woman with flowing locks of red hair and a motherly figure. She wore what seemed like a dress made of plant vines and leaves, but was actually an extension of herself.

The other three Gods sitting around a circular table made of a grey, cracked stone, surrounded by nothing but darkness. One of the grey, highback stone seats was left unoccupied.

They felt their throats constrict as Life's power leaked out.

"Calm down!" shouted a tall man, wearing an impeccable black and white, three-piece suit. The man was six feet tall with matching silver eyes and hair, the hair trim short and styled. Not a strand out of place.

"Calm!?" Life shouted back, "we fought for centuries to trap the Demons, Order, and now you want to realise them?"

"It's necessary," said the tall man, the God of Order, with a cold impartial voice, "nothing is more important than keeping him sealed."

Order stood up from his seat examining Life and the two other Gods.

One, the God of Chaos, was leaning back lazily, his feet up on the ancient table. His figure was flickering constantly, constantly changing. One second it was a tall woman with a bald head; the next a short man with hair down to his ankles.

The other's figure was transparent, as he was currently trapped in another dimension. He was a short man with pale skin, lifeless back eyes and unkempt black hair. He wore nothing but a pair of black pants. His entire body instead wrapped in barbed wire, his black blood constantly flowing from countless cuts.

He was the God of Death, trapped in Chaos' personal dimension after failing to crown himself king of all Gods.

Order opened his mouth and addressed the three of them.

"Now that Ouroboros, the God of Time is gone-"

"Oi!" Death interrupted, in a gruff voice, "what happened to the Mad Snake?"

"We used him to kill the Weapon, unfortunately, the Weapon was able to take him down with himself, it's unknown whether Ouroboros' soul survived.

What we do know is that the seal Ouroboros held in place is broken and now He has regained some of His power.

The seals we hold are still working. However, I feel it is too much of a risk to rely on the seals so I come to you with an alternate solution.

We cannot go to the planet where He is kept ourselves, due to the laws we made when sealing Him. What I can do is open a gate to the Demon dimension, allowing Demons to invade the planet.

Once the planet has been properly corrupted by the Demons, we can use the corruption as a link to add the planet to the Demonic dimension, thus trapping Him with the Demons."

Order observed the other three, gauging their reactions.

Death was the first to speak, "I don't like it, I can't trust any plan you come up with, Order."

"That's because you're a paranoid bastard. Besides, you can't do anything from your prison anyways."

Order turned to the other two, "well? I simply need your agreement that you won't intervene and that you will help prevent the other gods from intervening."

"Fine," Life spoke, grudgingly, "but if a single demon makes it off that planet, I will send my Saints to destroy the gate, and then..."

Life stood up and looked Order in the eyes.

"And then I will come for you."

She disappeared, teleporting away.

"Hahaha!" Chaos started laughing to himself in the corner.

Of you lot took those sticks out your arses you might not be fighting each other all the time. Seriously, you'd think you'd get bored of it sooner or later but nope! Fight, fight, fight. Are you all sadomasochists or something? Is there a kinky sex club I haven't been invited to?"

"Chaos-"

"Now stop right there, because I quite frankly don't give a shit. Do whatever you want, I'll continue laughing at you deviants from the sidelines."

Chaos jumped up, gave Order a sloppy salute, and disappeared.

Order glanced to where death had been sitting, saw that he had already left and sat back down. He leaned back and smiled.

'I used to think Chaos' attitude was a facade, but no, he's just that uncaring. Not to say he's weak, he was the one to finally catch Death. However, he has a habit of only interfering in the end, and by then it will be too late.'

Order's grin got wider.

'Life was bluffing, her Champion betrayed her, she doesn't have the strength to face me alone. Death is the only threat, but the fool has got himself trapped for me.'

'By the end of this, there will be no one left to oppose me.'

"Administrator," he called out, in his usual apathetic voice.

A swirling mass of transparent numbers appeared in front of him, vaguely taking the shape of a person.

"Is everything ready?" he asked.

A robotic voice rang out in his head, "the only veritable unaccounted for is Him."

"He doesn't have enough power yet to change anything."

Order reached his hand out into the mass of numbers and smiled, it will start with only a small crack, letting only the weakest demons through, however that crack will grow."

A pulse of silver energy shot towards the planet. As Order watched the energy approach the planet, he noticed another pulse of energy. This one was constantly changing shape, colour, size, everything. It was pure chaos.

Order watched the energy saturate the planet at lightspeed, leaving him no chance to intervene.

"That bastard really couldn't help himself?"
