The story follows the life of Ast chrome. An orphan in the chrome tribe stuck in planet bloom-01. In this universe 1000 years ago suddenly all the lifeforms were made aware of the presence of the Universal System. Nobody knows the details of the system as to why it exists and how it came into existence and what its end game is. But one thing everyone recognises is that the system enables all to awaken their talent, connects many worlds and organises events with lucrative rewards.

The chrome clan was one of the clan that was eliminated in one such event and cursed to never be able to leave the huge orient forest. Their curse could only be broken by being subordinate to some other clan or person and serving them for life.

Join this journey as Ast awakens his talent and cause a carnage in search for his revenge.

Analyst - SSS grade

'After the ambush, our group was finding it difficult to keep the hooded figures at bay, they were either here for the three shadow cats or the scarier scenario, they were here for me' thought Kate.

'Being the princess of a kingdom I know how important I am and many people would want to kidnap such an important person, this was one of the reasons why I wanted to have powerful beasts by my side.

I know we have a royal guard among us and this fact alone makes me relax a bit, but still, that royal guard is new and not that powerful.

And not many in our kingdom know that father(the king) allowed me to get a weapon bestowal from the royal temple, for everyone else there are a lot of rules to be followed before entering the royal temple but father made an exception for me.

And my unique weapon is an elemental gun, a fire element gun to be exact. It is my bestowal weapon and very powerful at that. Although I asked father to get me a weapon from the prime temple itself but he told me that the prime temple can only be accessed under special conditions. The prime temple is where one can get an overpowered weapon but it could only be accessed by the ruler of a kingdom.

Father dotes on me a lot, he even told me his secret, many believe he was a ruler that is why he was able to access the prime temple but that's not the truth. Yes, it is astonishing I agree hehe haha (note: Chūnibyō mentality), father was chosen and got the weapon first, using the weapon's power he quickly rose in the hierarchy and then established the golden kingdom. This information is always hidden from the public otherwise they would question the legitimacy of the royalty.

When Father told me his secret I thought even I could get a similar overpowered weapon and then rule, but he said only his heir will get access to the temple next and anyone other than that would perish if he/she tries to enter the temple. I am so envious of my siblings for this, if only I would have been born a decade or two earlier.

As a person grows in power their lifespan also increases and even my father is more than 300 years old, although his power is a borrowed one, this power is directly linked to his soul and therefore empowering his very soul and hence giving him an extended life, similar is the case with powerful beasts. Beasts linked with souls grant their master with increased lifespan.

Each bestowed weapon is linked to one's soul but the complicity increases if one thinks about the weapons bestowed by the royal temple(weapons from the prime temple are more complex).

Father did mention to be wary of anyone who might be an outsider, as they pose threat to anyone with a weapon from the royal temple, but he didn't mention the reason even when I bothered him for weeks. I believe father is just being extra worried for me because from what he tells me all the outsiders are super weak when they enter our world and the only thing that we need to be wary about is their beast.

With my elemental gun, not many can harm me but still, I need to use these foolish guards of mine to good use, why would I bother with trivial matters when I have others to take care of these matters for me? hehe I am so smart.
