Ale waited with the rest of his friends for Alex to wake up.
But even after ten to fifteen minutes, he showed no signs of waking up. On the other hand, Ale himself was coming down with a fever.
He tried not to make it obvious. But the heat coming off of his body alone was a dead giveaway. And his pale flushed cheeks weren't helping him hide it either.
"You're not going to die, right?"
Xion asked again, for the thiusandth time. He was sitting right in front of Ale, sharply monitoring even the slightest changes in Ale's body.
The anxiety of not knowing what was wrong with his best friend, and his newly learned fact about the human body being extremely weak was adding fuel to the fire. The way Xion was continuously tapping his leg on the floor made it very obvious.
"It's nothing serious. I guess I overused my power. That's all."
"The healing power? Why did you overuse it? They could've been healed by healers from their own country."
