Chapter 11: Academy
(1st POV)
(A week later)
Forget my previous statement, shadow clones are god-level
Like damn, technically I've spent 120 weeks training, in 1 week
That's 2,3 years
IN
ONE
WEEK
So of course I had an enormous power up.
But that wasn't without repercussions, I feel so mentally drained.
It's gotten so bad I can only keep a few shadow clones at a time.
One clone went to the academy, one is hidden, and that last is watching over me so no one can kidnap me.
Meanwhile, I'm sleeping in my house, the clones don't even blame me
''I feel like shit...'' I grumble with my face on my pillow
''Guess I'll see what the academy clone doing...'' That is another ability I discovered
By focusing on the connection between me and my clones, I can see through their eyes, given my eyes are closed and I can't see 6 POVs at the same time like Pain, just one. Probably some Rinnegan ability.
My clone is sitting in class, the same class Kushina is in.
As my clone looks to the right, he sees a very bored Kushina sitting, with Mikoto sitting to her right
When he looks to the left, there is a window showing the entire leaf village, I can even almost see my house
''Oi! Yuki! What did I just say!'' My clone hears yelling and turns to the front of the class
There was the academy teacher, Yaketsuku, staring at me, irritated
''You were talking about the second Hokage and his deeds.'' My clone replies simply
''Oh yeah, what deed did I just talk about?''
''You were talking about how after many battles, he managed to kill Izuna Uchiha brother of Madara Uchiha.'' The clone responded simply
''Tch'' The teacher then started teaching again
The class broke into snickers while my clone just stares out of the window, bored
I already knew all of this, but still kept an ear out for anything useful or unknown.

The only ones that I recognize in this class are Kushina, Minato, Mikoto, and Tsume.

Everyone else seems to be no names.
''Alright, class dismissed'' The sensei says as everyone instantly gets up and tries to rush out with their things.
Unlike them, I slowly get up and pack my things
Walking into the corridor with Kushina and Mikoto, we head towards the lunch room
I haven't talked with Mikoto almost at all but it is the first day.

An interesting thing about shadow clones is that they don't eat, even though they are a complete replica with chakra paths and everything
Though I wonder what would happen to the food if they did eat, would the food just drop after poofing away?
Questions that don't really need answers
Anyways, I sit down at a table with Kushina next to me. Mikoto sat next to Kushina. The lunch room was pretty average, with light blue coloring mostly, a shop if you didn't pack anything, round tables, and a door to the outside if you wanna eat there.
''Hey look, red hot habanero's got a new boyfriend, tomato'' *laughing*. Some group says from another table
I of course hear this and don't care at all
Unlike Kushina who seemed to be a bit redder than usual
Not because she's blushing, but because she's fuming
With the aura she's producing, even I'm a little scared. Mikoto tries to calm her down to no avail.
''They bully me, and now dare bully Yuki'' I hear her grumble
(Those guys are dead.)
And they were, cause I didn't see them come back after Kushina dragged them away. Mikoto and I act as if nothing happened.
Kushina was just smiling innocently

After lunch, we had a few more classes but they were as boring as the last one. Once they ended, my clone stood outside with Kushina. Mikoto said she had something to do
''Hey, wanna do something since your free?'' Kushina asks me when were outside
''Sorry, but Boss is really mentally drained after having that many clones train for so long'' I say as she gets a worried look on her face
''Don't worry, day or two of rest and we'll be fine'' I say to reassure her
''Oh... well, if you say so'' she says with a reluctant look and walks away
As I casually start to walk through the streets of Konoha I think about my progress over the past week
Ninjutsu. That shit went from 0 to 100 real fast. All three elements are done with their 'waterfall' stage. Next, I'll start working on Disaster release alongside trying to unlock Storm and Swift release.
Storm release can be really broken, imagine a shotgun spread, with the accuracy of a sniper, that's how it is. You can have multiple lightning beams converged on one opponent from all sides or have them go through an army, piercing brains, hearts, lungs, and other vital spots. Basically controlling laser beams to change direction mid-flight.
Swift release can also be very tricky, you could be going the same speed in a fight but suddenly be 2 times faster, catching your opponent off guard. I can even maybe make other techniques go faster by coating them in Swift release chakra. Theoretically, with enough control, I could even make my reaction time faster by sending Swift release chakra to my brain and nervous system. Sending Swift release chakra to my eyes I could even get some Sharingan level tracking.
I'll also maybe start training earth and fire at some point.
A batch of clones were working on creating the Rasengan, with ballons and rubber balls, I can do a Rasengan with two clones like Naruto but I'm trying to do it one-handed. Rasenshuriken also was a really broken technique which I'll also try to get, though obviously I won't train it in Konoha for everyone to see.
This brings me to my next point, sage mode. My body is definitely not strong enough for that but I can try to find a summon. I don't wanna try using the summoning technique yet because I want to be a little bit stronger.
As a final point, I failed to talk about my chakra control training before in such 'progress reports' so I'll say it now, leaf concentration-mastered, tree climbing-mastered, water walking-almost mastered
Taijutsu. I can definitely feel an improvement in proficiency, but I begin to feel a bottleneck. I theorize that it's because of my lack of battle experience. I need to find a good sparring partner.
Kenjutsu is the same as taijutsu.
Fuinjutsu has been progressing at an alarming rate, considering I have no teacher and I am just experimenting. If it keeps on going like this, Master rank doesn't seem so far away.
Adamantine sealing chains are going very nicely, when I was able to create 4 long and 5 short, now it's 7 long and 9 short, a reminder that I did train for 6 months before coming to Konoha. Also, by making really long chains and surrounding the area with them, I can create a nigh impenetrable barrier, kinda like the original Kushina during the nine tails attack, though I have less experience.
And finally, Genjutsu. Yeah, can't do any, probably never can. That's why there wasn't anything on genjutsu in the Uzumaki library, they literally can't learn them. I did learn how to detect and break genjutsus proficiently at least
I only set 3 clones to work on chakra sensing but they produced results, 103 meters turned to 149 meters, because, before, I didn't even train it and I went up to 103 by itself. My ability to differentiate chakras has also increased a lot
Seeing that I had somehow gotten myself in my house I proceed to think about it
Though it's more like an apartment from its size
