/The Golden Prince/ is a fairytale I once read when I was just a small child. The story wasn’t anything special. The story circled around the prince with golden hair. He would save the world by defeating the tyrant, his father, and the villain who made everyone’s life hard. Afterwards he’ll marry his true love and they will live happily ever after.

Nothing special, right?

But even then I couldn’t help but remember this particular fairytale. 

Was is because there were no dialogue that made ‘that’ stand out?
“I didn’t become a villain because I wanted to, but because the world forced me to.”

It was the only and the last line that the villain said in the whole story. Back then I couldn’t help but think that it was an extremely cool line, but now I can’t help but think about how immature it actually sounds. 

Was that why I couldn’t help but remember it even when I was still so small?

No, maybe it was because it was too hard for me to truly understand what the villain meant in his last moment. 
What did he mean with he was forced to, obviously he was the villain. No one forced him to become one, even more the world he spoke of.

But now I understand what he meant. The villain was ‘different’ from the rest.

Villain in a Fairytale

Hey new readers and maybe old readers! Before you read this I want to explain some things. 


First of all, English isn't my spoken language so don't attack me about my mistakes. I know it is full of faults, okay? But I'm so lazy that I don't want to check it, so do point out my mistakes in a gentle way plz


About updates, I update when I want to. I still need to write three other novels, so I'll need to divide my attention between them all. I write what I want to write. Not to mention that school already began. But I'll try to update all my novels at least once in a month, but I already know that won't happen. 


I accidentally signed up in the event, so I don't care about support at all. I mean can I eat with power stones??? Instead a comment like a heart would be appreciated ♡´･ᴗ･`♡.
