Reaching the Orc empire, a town in shambles

After traveling for a month, they were finally in Orc territory. Their first encounter with Orcs was when they came across a small town.

The orcs were green, at least 2.5 meters tall, with all four canines protruding from their mouth like fangs and tusks. They had black tattoo markings all over their bodies. It spanned from their neck all the way down to their legs. It is rumored that the number of tattoos an orc has on their bodies signified their strength and it seemed to be true. The max number of tattoos Licht saw as he stepped into the town was 50 and that was from the chief of the town. The orc men average height was about 2.7 meters and the men on the tall side stood at 3.5 meters while the women's average height stood at 2.3 meters and taller ones stood at 3 meters.

The orc men were burly and toned with muscles looking like bodybuilders on steroids and Viagra while the orc women had surprisingly shaped bodies, with bountiful breasts and plum asses yet a streamlined bodies even seducing the best of men but that did not mean they were not great fighters. A normal orc woman could defeat an average yellow-ranked enforcer.

Some orcs had open hostility toward humans but orcs most orcs had a neutral bearing toward humans, unlike the elves that did not like humans.

Upon reaching the town, the orcs stared at Licht and his crew due to the assortment of races moving together. There was a human with long silver hair, a blonde elf in a ponytail, and two twin beast kin. They all stared with amazement and question in their eyes and even the children were pointing as if they had never seen another race except orcs.

Licht and his group went into an inn to rest for the night as they had been traveling for a long time and Regallas with the twins wanted to sleep on something comfortable.

They stayed in the inn for about two days, planning what to do after they get to the city of the Empire. Licht listened to all their plans but he really did not think there was a need for it. He felt he would waltz into the empire, find where his fragment was, beat whoever has it if they do not want to relinquish and then power up.

The others felt they needed proper preparations as it was not going to be like Priscilla who had been waiting for Licht. The fragment will probably be with someone that was a lot stronger than red rank and Licht was still in the basic red rank but then they thought about it and realized it was Licht. He had practically performed miracles upon miracles.

They decided it was better to go with what Licht was planning but they also had their plans in the back of their minds, just in case.

They finally left the town and not once did the chieftain come to investigate why they came into his town. The group walked for a while and they came across a town that had been destroyed and abandoned. Seeing the town, they already knew the name, Copperhagen.

In the previous town, they spoke about what happened to the town but they used it as a scary story to scare children straight. Apparently, a dragon flew over the town, got enraged because the children were naughty, and destroyed the entire town. That was what parents told their children, Licht and the others knew it was a bit more than that.

They wandered through the wreckage that looked over a decade old. Seeing nothing interesting, Licht was about to tell them to leave but he saw a shadow running on the trees in the forest. That was not interested him though, the shadow running through the forest had a golden aura pouring out of it.

Licht laughed as he saw another emperor's potential. He felt at this point they were being delivered to him. The others were confused when they heard Licht's laughter. They saw Licht hover and then fly toward the forest.

They stared at each other and raced after Licht. They finally caught up with him but someone else was with Licht. It was a strange orc. She was far shorter than average orcs, she was about 1.6 meters tall, shorter than even the twins. She had far more tattoos than the chieftain, Regallas did not count it but he knew there were at least a hundred tattoos on her.

The orc girl had a wary expression on her face, ready to attack if any of them made a move. Regallas could swear the air felt heavy, looking at the twins he knew it was not an illusion. There was pressure emitting from the orc girl.

"Hello. My name is Licht. I am not here to hurt you. I am here to recruit you. Be my disciple" Licht said as he stared at her. He did not even have this stare when he met Midas for the first time.

The girl was confused but she spoke "What do you mean, disciple?" I don't even know who you are. Are you a creep? My parents always said I should always stay away from creeps and pedophiles." She said with a face of apprehension.

Regallas and the others almost burst into laughter despite the pressure from the girl. The face on Licht's face was the straw that broke the camel's back. For the first time ever, Licht's smile was stiff as he did not expect to be branded a pedophile. He had dark lines over his head making Regallas and the twins burst out into laughter.

The orc girl stared at the weirdo elf and twins laughing and wondered why they were laughing.

"I am not a creep or a pedophile. I see you have talent so I want to nurture you. Where are your parents?" Licht fixed his expression, carrying his usual smile.

The girl now had a melancholic look on her face. She looked down and said "They died years ago. Everyone in the village did. I'm all alone" A single tear dropped then her expression changed to one of anger and wrath.

"I am going to find that man who destroyed my village and end him" As she spoke, the pressure she was emitting almost made Regallas buckle while the twins were on their knees.

All of a sudden, she felt a warm hand on her back and the pressure she kept emitting died out. She looked up and saw Licht's smile. She felt something she had not felt in a long time. She felt "safe".
