What started as a simple night-time robbery turned into an experience he'll never forget. Dezhong Prince, a cunning teenager,, spent the last day of an old year robbing a simple store with his friends until he took a detour that changed his life.

While moving through, he's met with a beast that torments him throughout the whole night until he receives this:

[More Specifically: City Hall Road.]

Central Desper, the pinnacle for nightlife, wild partying, boozing, reckless sexual activities, gang violence, and most of all, immense business schemes, whether legitimate or illegitimate. On a Tuesday night like this, however, the city was surprisingly calm, quiet, slow, and awe so peaceful.

The straight road leading to City Hall was designed with poles on either side that commemorated the city's municipal building. Each pole had a flag of Desper's Dystopian Flag which were blue and black stripes with a great tower logo in the middle of a mechanical circle. This signified the city's love for blue, its ingenuity, and its love for beautiful architecture, hence the reason it had wonderfully crafted buildings.
