CH468: WHAT'S NEXT

At long last, the battle between the soon-to-be Shadow King and Void Sovereign came to an anti-climatic end with Dezhong claiming yet another victory.

The battle did not cost Dezhong along physically, given that he didn't take much, or even any, significant damage from the Void Sovereign, its imitations, and the hoard of Dark Force entities...yet.

As soon as the battle ended and victory was won by Dezhong, the effects of The Void skill took an immediate toll on the boy's body. All of a sudden, a sudden surge of weakness plagued Dezhong's muscles, followed by a heavy fog resting over his eyes.

His brain could no longer function properly, his thoughts weren't as precise as they normally were, and his movements were too loose to even be called that. What's worse, his energy became so low that he could barely stay conscious and that wasn't good given his unfortunate location.
