Matthew Henderson is dealing with his parents going through a hellish divorce, and with self-worth issues added to the mix he wanted to do something to help his dad who was doing everything he could for both of them. A tasteless joke by his friend, telling him to show off on camera set things in motion.

<p>He exercised when he could. Well walking was part of exercise and that was all he did. Dad wasn't around and the silence was too loud for him. Beck had his football practice which he had been invited to. He had declined because he could find better ways to spend his time than to watch sweaty meatheads yell and push the other around.</p>

<p>So walking it was. There was a bit of chill in the air so he got a hoodie with track pants. He got his headphones and selected his walk to school playlist. Made him feel like he was in that coming of age movie as he walked. Stupid but it got him there faster.</p>
