GUILTY CONSCIENCE

Guinevere's laughter rang loud in the garden as she sat down on the blanket outside with us. We decided to have a picnic, actually not decided, more like forced by Dahlia. She thought it would be a good idea for us to get to know the bride to be better. Also, to ease her into things, her words not mine, but she figured it was a good idea after what happened yesterday.

"Gods, I have never seen anyone shut Ruelle up in all my years, it was actually satisfying seeing her not have the last word!" She said a she drank her grape fruited drink.

"Glad I could help." | muttered under my breath.

"But is your sister always like this?" Freya asked with a confused look on her face. "Rude? Mean?

Bitter?"

I turned to look at Guinevere, curious as to what her answer would be.

"No, it wasn't." Guinevere stated with a sad look in her gaze. "Actually, Ruelle and I were pretty close.
