The heart of Nyx

Lilith was shocked as how Happy was able to see her true form even when she is using a strong illusion spell, taking her time the both of them assessed themselves and that is when she noticed something peculiar in him.

"the eye of Providence", she muttered under her breath which was not audible to Happy as she saw a streak of golden lightening in his eyes, then that's when it all made sense to her as she had read Happy file of being an exceptional soccer player even though he lack affinity to superpotentia. This was all thanks to the eye of Providence, it enabled him to see the hidden plays a team is using and also give him a good judgement when it comes to decision making.

"So it is all true you guys actually exist", Happy smirked at Lilith as he knew she was expecting a certain reaction from him, but he quickly hid his surprise as he let his curiosity take over him. He knew that he had this innate ability to see hidden things but they all disappear as quickly as he saw them, but it didn't bother him at all because he knew that he had no control over it and that is why that he only saw a glimpse of Lilith true form.

"so, how are you the sporting agent of such a prestigious academy and you are young to be one", Happy asked curiously.

Lilith took in a deep breath as she disabled the illusion spell fully revealing her true form to him, she could literally see sparkles in his eyes as he reached out to touch her horns. She wondered why her charm isn't affecting him in any way as she can't feel a lustful desire in him.

"yeah, we actually exist but eventually as humans seem to forget about our existence, we became lazy to keep on reminding them that we exist. So we decided to leave you guys with myths and fables. And to answer your question about me being an agent, see am not the actual sporting agent my friend is or did I say friend, he is more like a brother. I just came here to represent him, so I can give what a certain some said I should give to you", Lilith yawned lazily to prove her point but was caught by surprise by Happy next action.

"hey, don't you know it is inappropriate to touch a woman's body without her consent", she snapped at him which made him quickly retract his hand.

"uhm, sorry for my insolence. My sincere apologies", Happy said with a sorry look on his face but Lilith held his hand in place and directed it to her horns.

"sorry for being hard on you, you can touch if you like", Lilith said as she turned her face to hide her burning red cheeks, as Happy touch every inch of her horns.

"uhm, we should really really talk about the contract now, let's not get ourselves distracted here", Lilith reminded Happy who seem to be lost in his own world, seeing how he was ignoring her and only giving attention to her horns, she used the contract file and smacked his chest.

"ouch, that hurts", Happy wailed playfully before collecting the files and apologized to her.

"uhmm sorry, I really got caught up there"

Happy looked through the contract for sometime with a complicated look like on his face before asking.

"about the thing you said that a certain someone said d you give me what is it".

"it is better if I show you", Lilith said as she materialised as black box with intricate designs and a moon emblem on top.

The more Happy looked at it, the more he felt drawn to it, Happy was surprised as he was able to understand the ancient text that was written on it 'the heart of Nyx'. Lilith noticed that Happy was in a daze as he was looking at the box but as she was trying to snap him out of it, Happy had already laid his hands on the box which pricked him and his blood got absorbed into the box.

"ouch" Happy quickly withdrew his hands and sucked on the finger that had got pricked.

Lilith let out a sigh of relief that Happy has gotten to his senses but before she could relax the box in her hands started shaking violently as cracks started appearing on it. Lilith quickly cast an isolation spell to contain the commotion in the room, as the box exploded the force had sent Lilith flying since she was holding it while Happy was sent tumbling down from his bed due to the impact of the explosion.

Lilith quickly stood and rushed to were Happy was and helped him on his feet.

"I think your little gift is about to kill us, or should I say me", Happy said with a pained expression as blood trickle down the corner of his lips. As the duo looked up they saw a black looking crystal pulsating a strong like a heartbeat, the body of the crystal seems as if the stars of galaxy was embedded in it.

"shit" Happy exclaimed as he pushed Lilith out of the way as the crystal flew towards them in a threatening manner but before he could safe himself the crystal hit h squarely on the chest before sinking into his heart.

"hey, don't you think that the agent is really wasting a lot of the in Happy's room or maybe Happy has found a way to have a great time with her", Luke said while making some weird gestures with his hands.

"can you stop behaving like a one yeah old", Luis retorted as he smacked Luke at the back of his head.

"guys let's be serious here, do you think that Happy will sign the contract", Ash asked as he ignored Luke who had a face of injustice as he rubbed the back of his head.

"sincerely I don't know but looking at Happy's attitude there is a 80 percent chance of him refusing to sign the contract", Luis answered thoughtfully.

"ho ho, if he doesn't sign it we would have no choice than to excuse the agent so that we can beat him each for fifteen each untill he agrees to sign those papers", Luke chipped in with an evil grin plastered on his face.

As Happy's mom with the coach left the doctor's office, Mrs Petra felt a peculiar aura in the hospital and Happy's room precisely.

"touch my son Nyx and you are in a hell lot of trouble", Mrs Petra said as her eyes flashed golden like the sun.
