Unknowing that the women have switched places, Roman kidnaps the wrong couture diva. With Claudia missing, Poppy must keep up the ruse, and convince Roman to keep her alive or fall into the hands of the murderous Gambino family.

Couture Criminals

As Poppy and Apple walked down the street to her shop from the local park, Apple pulled her jacket zipper up. It was late and they had walked around for hours, waiting for whatever lurked was in the darkness to come. The group was close to bringing down the serpent, and with Roman's fathers' people, the Ricci's and the support of the new leadership of the five families, they were ready to strike and bring the Serpent's to the knees.

It turned out, there were not near as many people in the five families who had fell in line with the Serpents plans. There were far more on the side of right than they thought. Once Jaxson was dead, people came out of the woodwork to join forces with Roman to take down the bad element that infiltrated their proud Italian lineage.

"Yeah." Looking around, Poppy knew she was being watched by something sinister. "They're close. I can hear footsteps."
