Her problems

Inside the mansion

The ceramic bowl on Mrs Maggie's hands almost fell off to the ground when she saw her granddaughter shedding tears as she ran in.

She quickly kept the bowl on the dinning table and rushed towards her. "Orianna my dear, what is it?" She asked with a very worried tone.

Orianna cried and fell into her embrace. Her grandma could understand every other thing she says but she would never felt the pains inside her heart.

Mrs Maggie panicked, "My dear, please talk to me, you don't seem alright. Did someone hurt you?"

Orianna shook her head. Someone did. They called her mute and also insulted her, how could she claim being alright? Her soul and heart is wounded. She has never been this humiliated once in her dear life. Why are most people of this world so harsh on her as if she's the cause of her problems?

Mrs Maggie's heart shattered. Her eyebrows curled downwards in pity for her granddaughter. She patted her back to calm her down.

Just then, Jin-joo barged in. Immediately she set her eyes on the two people hugging and weeping solemnly, she sighed and walked towards them. "Mrs Maggie?"

Mrs Maggie and Orianna pulled away from the hug. Orianna wiped her eyes, lowered her head and sniffed her nose.

Jin-joo felt bittered after seeing Orianna in tears. She cursed herself underneath her breath for watching Nelly plant insults on Orianna.

She walked closer and hugged Orianna tightly like she was her biological daughter.

Mrs Maggie felt at peace. She wiped the tears off her eyelids and puffed her cheeks.

Jin-joo pulled away and held Orianna's face in her palms. She wiped off her tears and smiled at her, "You're too beautiful to cry."

Orianna burst into tears a d fell on Jin-joo's chest again. Jin-joo ran her fingers through her hair and asked Mrs Maggie to get the medical syrups from the storeroom.

Mrs Maggie obeyed and left immediately. Jin-joo then took Orianna with her to the room upstairs.

Inside the bedroom

Jin-joo guide her to sit on the bedside before sitting beside her. "I understand you can't talk normally like others do but you don't have to see it as anything. You are wonderfully made."

Orianna lowered her head. She doesn't think so. She is literally a lot different from every other person.

Caressing her hair, Jin-joo kissed the top of her forehead which made Orianna lifted her eyes to her. Now she feels special for the first time in her life.

Jin-joo smiled at her and nodded, "Yes my dear, you're special just like everyone of us."

Just then, someone knocked on the door.

"Come in." Jin-joo instructed.

Mrs Maggie walked in with a little box. "Ma'am, here is the syrup." She placed it on the table and stood by the door.

Jin-joo took the syrup from the kit and fed Orianna with it. The syrup is a painkiller for headaches and body pains.

Immediately Orianna slurped it, she felt easiness all over her body.

"How do you feel now, my dear-"

"Orianna." Mrs Maggie chimed.
