Lance Gets Me in the Pyramid

Gin didn't, couldn't, believe his own eyes. Azure Ao's mighty hands had ended his people's lives. The anomalies that seeped from the crack on the barrier this time had transformed him to become one of the shadow puppets, too.

When the Guardian himself became the puppet, nobody else could save him.

Judging from the position of the dropped bodies, Gin noticed that they were slashed by Azure's sword or pierced by his arrows.

All tens or even a hundred of them.

Gin fell to his knees. Words left him at the sight.

What would Azure think? The blood of his fellow troops, the blood of people he trained and commanded, the faces he saw every day, the voices of the people he went to the battle together . . .

All passed away because of him.

But, Gin's brain tried to analyse the situation from another angle. He knew that Azure Ao wasn't easy to possess. Even if the shadows tried to infiltrate his mind and body, he must have put up a serious defence.
