Chapter 42

Lily got busy at the pub as soon as she was done with school. She was there in her work clothes, serving drinks to various tables.

Most of the consumers and customers at the pub, where students, so it was convenient for Lily. She likely would not be found in the middle of any brawl as a result of too much alcohol intake, and even if she witnessed any, it would be minimal because they were young people.

Linda showed up at the pub to see her friend deep into work with her cute waiter's dress.

''Linda, there are so many people out here that I have to attend to. I'd be with you when I'm done,'' Lily quickly told her friend and continued with the work that she was faced with.

When it was time for the close of work, Lily told her supervisor, and left with Linda.

'' My goodness. Look at how stressed you are,'' Linda told Lily, taking out a wipe, to clean the sweat off Lily's face.
