Chapter 27

The thought of having Richard Williams go to pay her kids a visit all by himself made Susan afraid to her bones. She had to run after him. As much as she hated what was going on between both of them, she was positive that her kids would resist Richard as soon as they saw him, more so if she expressed how much she hated him while they were there, then they would prove difficult and only make him tired of the chase.

Richard, while he saw Susan running after him into the elevator that was already closing up, put his big hand in between the doors to force them open again, and allowed Susan inside. To her surprise. She fit her slender body through the small space that the elevator made, and in the next couple of seconds, she was standing beside Richard. The aura between both of them was cold and unassuming. Both were speechless at each other.
