Dealing with Thugs

"Why are you pretty ladies passing through here by this time of the day, aren't you High School students or you probably came to have fun, are you bored of school life?"

The leader smirked, he has a bald hair but he looks young despite looking ugly, surprisingly he is the youngest of them all so how can they let him become their leader, these thoughts went through Freda's head, she was still lost in her thoughts when a hand attempted to touch her but she caught it within a flash of second and twisted it making the man yelp in pain

"Please, Ahhh,I did-nt try to, Sorry please Nooo" the man who tried to touch her cried, Freda left his hand, he rolled on the floor while holding his dislocated wrist

"I just placed your bones in another location, where it might be rendered useless, but next time you try to lay your fingers in anyone else, you might look for your arm, Now I demand passage" Freda said as she looked up towards the boss

"Well, well, well, you've just stirred up my spirit , Let's see what you've got then, the leader said as he attacked her

Meanwhile, Erica made herself comfortable as she looked for a chair to sit on while watching the drama she brought out a juice which she brought from the cafeteria and began sipping through it

Within few minutes, the men were left lying in the floor screaming in pains as some held their balls,

"You took 5 minutes to get rid of those men, I almost got bored watching you, anyways thanks to you I didn't have to use my energy, I already have a migraine" Erica said nonchalantly

"Well thank you very much Erica for the way you've shown gratitude, I really do appreciate" Freda said why rolling her eyes " You know, any normal being would be awed by how I dealt with those thugs, but obviously you ain't normal Erica"

"Can you stop now, I'm really hungry right now so let's hurry home before these weaklings regain their strength because I'm sure you gave them baby kicks and punches" Erica said tiredly as she walked ahead of Freda

Freda ran to catch up with her as she wanted to berate Erica for underestimating her abilities

"Don't say anything Freda, I promise to let you ride my bike for the whole of this week, just keep quiet" Freda beamed and made a sign of zipping her lips with a key and throwing it away

Soon, they were home, Freda checked the time to see that it's already 7:00 pm, "Oh my world, I gotta call my dad, he must be worried sick about me, I'll just tell him that I'm sleeping over at your house because I need your help with assignments"

"Suit yourself" Erica replied indifferently as she walked upstairs to take a shower

After the phone call, Freda went to the kitchen to meet the Butler "Yo, Mr Lee, What's up?"

"Freda Wayne, How are you doing?" Mr Lee asked

"You mustn't call my full name, you sound like my annoying homeroom teacher"

"Sorry young lady" Mr Lee almost rolled his eyes

"Well can I help you with anything?" Mr Lee asked her

"Nope, I just came to check on you, I'll go and take a shower, my body feels sticky" Freda said as she went upstairs and headed towards the left direction where the guest room is, which practically is her room, Erica's room is at the opposite direction

When Erica was done bathing, she dried her hair and wore her pajama rhen headed downstairs to have her dinner, soon she was done eating, she stood up to leave when she sighted Freda coming down the stairs

"I can't believe you ate without me" Freda pouted her lips at her

"Have a good night rest, I'm going to bed" Erica replied as she left her and went back to her room

"Mr Lee, has Erica always lived a boring life, I mean this is extreme, she should socialise and have fun like other kids, I wonder how her life would be without me, she should be grateful to have an extrovert and athletic girl like me as a friend" Freda said and sighed

"And yes, I forgot to tell you"

"Table manners Miss Wayne" Mr Lee chided her

"I'm not surprised as to why Erica is like this, obviously her Butler is a boring man as well" Freda murmured to herself

"Huh, did you say something young lady"

"Nope nope, you said I should observe Table manners, so I'm just eating" Freda said hurriedly as she didn't want this man's trouble

In no time, she was done eating, she thanked the Butler for the delicious cookies and made to go to her room when Mr Lee stopped her

"You said you wanted to tell me something"

'Seriously, after scolding me he now wants to hear what I have to say' Freda thought inwardly

"Uhhm, It's nothing important, just random things, Goodnight then" she said and went upstairs

Meanwhile at Erica's room, she picked up her phone and decided to scan through it for 5 minutes before going to bed, when a message popped up in her screen on WeChat 'Hi, It's Merlin'

'Huh, who's Merlin, Oh the bracelet, but how did he get my contact'
