Chapter 38 Hong Kong, 22.3193° N, 114.1694° E Lan Kwai Fong

Andalas walked through the famous entertainment venue casually. He was scheduled to meet the Consultant at 10 p.m. The Consultant would tell him the meeting location ten minutes before 10 p.m. Andalas knew there would not be much room to negotiate with the death broker.

No one knew who the Consultant was. The only certain thing about him was he had high success rate. He was the man to be contacted if anyone needed to hire a professional hitman to get a job done anywhere in the world.

The Consultant would arrange everything. The clients did not need to know the details of the job. A client would know that the job was done through photos, news, and videos.

The hitman commissioned by the Consultant wouldn't know who the client was and for what reasons. The only thing that he needed from them was the proof of dead.

Anything related to payment, the Consultant had a well-documented account of hitmen. He would receive payments for his service through obscured and unconventional account.

It looks very simple, but he made sure that everything would be extremely hard to trace. The Consultant was originally a hitman himself.

However, because he recognized that he had exceptionally good management skill, he decided to establish the contract killing service of his own.

The Consultant had an up-to-date database of hitmen list around the world. They were not only individuals, but also criminal organizations, mafia, and terrorists.

Andalas had access to the Consultant's database because he made a special deal with the Consultant after completing five high profile targets in five consecutive days.

The targets were Consultant's competitors who were also former hitmen and tried to take over. That's why The Consultant has a special nickname for Andalas. Killer Hunters. One who was only willing to kill an assassin.

After that Andalas became the enforcer for the Consultant. If any of the hitmen defected, cheated, or killed the wrong target, then Andalas would step in to make corrections. No one knew how many live had Andalas took. But for sure, Andalas did it with no complaint. He believed that he would end up in hell for what he did but he wanted to make sure that those killers would get there first.

The Consultant rarely met anyone in person. For him, confidentiality was paramount to keep him alive and allow him to run his business successfully.

But for Andalas, the Consultant would meet him anytime. Andalas was the most consistent person he could trust. Losing Andalas would be the biggest loss for his business. All hitmen on the list considered Andalas as formidable rival, so they would think twice to mess with the Consultant. They preferred not to be hunted by the Killer Hunter.

Andalas's phone vibrated at exactly ten minutes before 10 p.m.

"Ho Hung Kee restaurant." Clear and concise. The Consultant never made a long call. It was prone to wiretapping, which made him vulnerable. That also what kept him in the business.

Andalas turned his head. Ho Hung Kee was right across the street.

After crossing through the busy Hong Kong traffic, Andalas entered the most delicious noodle restaurant in Hong Kong. The Consultant never wanted to have a meeting in a hotel or restaurant if it was not on the ground floor with direct access to the street. For him, elevator or escalator was one of the most favorite places for assassins to execute their job. This could be one of those things that kept the Consultant in the business.

Andalas went straight to section in the corner of the room. The Consultant always chose a seat exactly in the corner and asked for a table for two. Andalas saw him sitting.

Without greeting or small talk, Andalas pulled up a chair in front of a man in his 60s with fit posture.

"Why do you want to see me?" his voice was as cold as his stiff face. Just like Andalas. Or was it the other way around?

"I want to know more about the Organization. Who are they? Where is their base?" Andalas's voice was flat and expressionless.

The Consultant was slightly taken aback. The Organization is one of his biggest clients.

"What for? You got an order to kill them?"

"Yes."

"They must pay truck load of money. Who?"

"I myself."

Again, the Consultant was speechless. This enforcer was known to be super picky. He did not kill randomly. He only killed killers.

"You can't find them just like that. They live in the Alamo fortress which even if the CIA, MI6 and GRU joined together, they still wouldn't be able to penetrate it. Start with the Executor.'

"Where is he?"

"Dublin, Grozny, Qandahar, Mogadishu, Colombia."

"Headquarter?"

"The Organizations moves like shadow. Cayman Islands, Hawaii, Malta, Maldives, Madagascar, Indonesia. Always on an island. It's easy to mobilize choppers, planes, yachs, submarines."

The Consultant spooned the gravy into his noodle bowl. Andalas pondered for a moment. This was the job that required one battalion troop.

"The Executor's final position?"

"Dublin. But he's always on the move. The pattern is always the same. Never more than a week in one place."

"Last question. Who hired Executor at this time?"

The Consultant raised his head. He couldn't refuse to answer Andalas. Losing him would be way too risky. After all, the guy kept his secrets.

"A splinter organization of Chechen guerrillas that no longer deals with ideology. They are a crime syndicate called The Eagle."

"Then the second one?"

Again, the Consultant took a deep breath. He couldn't hide information from Andalas by being courteous. This Killer Hunter could sense if he withheld information.

"Yakuza. Hitoshi Nakamura."
