Chapter 59 Swiss Air Somewhere towards Grozny

Andalas walked quickly to Akiko who was still trying to restrain the rebellious pilot. A blow to the neck finally knocked him unconscious. Andalas seated the pilot and tied his hands and feet. He stuffed the pilot's mouth with a cloth from the pantry and covered it with duct tape.

Akiko helped Andalas take off the pilot's uniform. Andalas wore the uniform. Lucky that the pilot had similar body shape as Andalas's, so the uniform fit him nicely. Akiko and Andalas looked at each other. They knew exactly what to do.

Akiko whispered in Cecilia's ear who immediately nodded and wrote something on her X-One.

This plane is being hijacked. Can any of you fly this plane?

Before carrying out the plan, they must first confirm whether any of the passengers had the skills to fly wide-body aircraft. They needed to check with the passengers.

But they couldn't let the fake flight attendant who conspired with the hijackers find out about this plan.

Andalas sat down and let Akiko and Cecilia went around among the passengers. He had to keep the unconscious pilot from making a scene when he woke up.

Captain Shinji and First mate Yoshido seemed to be frozen in silence. They had no clue of what was going on. But they nodded in understanding as Akiko explained the situation in Japanese.

Akiko and Cecilia started to roam around. The first class had been combed by Cecilia, so they skipped it. They went straight to the coach cabin at the back. Cecilia got the lower floor and Akiko went up to the upper cabin. They deliberately started from the back to avoid any suspicions from the fake flight attendant.

Andalas asked them to separate because he was afraid that the flight attendant would harm Cecilia. He was pretty sure the flight attendant was in the upper cabin. Because access to the cockpit was closer from there.

Feeling uncomfortable leaving Cecilia alone, Andalas stood up. The doctor could be in danger. He didn't need to worry about Akiko. The young woman was in fact a danger to those who were against her.

Andalas spoke in low voice to Captain Shinji and First mate Yoshido asking them to prevent the unconscious pilot from acting up when he woke up. They agreed. Andalas nodded.

Even though they weren't martial arts experts, but they were both husky men who were used to the hard work in the ocean. After all, the pilot was tied up and gagged.

Andalas was half running after Cecilia.

Akiko walked from the last row. Andalas reminded her that they had less than 2 hours to solve the hijacking problem. They needed to find passengers who could fly the airplane and to search for the fake flight attendant who conspired with the hijackers before knocking out the hijacker's pilot in the cockpit.

The passengers were flabbergasted when they saw a beautiful Japanese woman coming up to them while showing the text on her gadget.

Up to the middle row, Akiko only got a head shake response. It wasn't easy to find a passenger with the skills to fly a wide-body aircraft. The chance was slim. But at least they tried before this plane landed in Grozny.

Up to the front row, after asking hundreds of passengers, Akiko finally got two who said they were able to fly a small plane with propellers.

Akiko hadn't let go of her guard at all. Andalas had told her the descriptions of the fake flight attendant.

Down to the last passenger in the cabin, she couldn't find anything that matched Andalas's descriptions.

In the meantime, Cecilia did the same downstairs. Starting from the back row which mostly contained male passengers and only 2 females. Arriving at the front row, Cecilia found something the same as Akiko. There were two male passengers who had the ability to fly a plane. But both shook their heads when asked about their ability to fly this plane.

Before going back up to the upper cabin, Cecilia looked around one more time at the passengers who gave her a worried look. With a short sigh, Cecilia was about to climb the stairs. She passed two flight attendants who stood stiff beside her.

Suddenly one of the flight attendants jumped at Cecilia while grabbing something from her pocket. Gun! Cecilia was shocked, of course, she did not antipate that the flight attendant was the person Andalas was searching for. Didn't Andalas say earlier that the flight attendant had changed clothes and disguised herself as one of the passengers?

Before catching Cecilia, who was frozen, the flight attendant's attack was thwarted by Andalas, who had been in the economy's toilet. The gun was seized, and the flight attendant was apprehended.

Cecilia looked again at the passengers who were all shocked by the strange incident. The flight attendant was arrested by the pilot.

Cecilia grabbed the handheld microphone and spoke firmly to make announcements to the passengers.

"Once again I announce that this plane is being hijacked. The flight attendant in front is one of the hijackers. She and two pilots were collaborating with the hijackers. One of the pilots had been captured. But the second pilot was still inside the cockpit. If any of you can fly this plane, please raise your hand immediately. We are trying to deal with this hijacking problems before the plane lands at the Grozny Airport."

The clear and firm announcement apparently prompted some of the passengers who were in doubts whether this was a silly game or real situation, finally raised their hands. Including the one in the upper cabin where Akiko was standing to watch them.

This is crazy! Cecilia counted no less than six people raised their hands. While in the upper cabin, Akiko counted 4 people raised their hands.

Cecilia and Akiko were annoyed. They should have confessed earlier.

Andalas asked the two passengers with pilot skills to follow Cecilia to the upper cabin. They would execute the plan.

The flight attendant hijacker was tied up and seated next to the pilot who remained unconscious. Akiko would take care of them.

Andalas put the pilot's hat on his head and knocked on the cockpit door.

The hijacker pilot, who had been wondering why his partner didn't immediately return to the cockpit, looked at the monitor. He saw his partner standing waiting. After pressing the auto pilot button, he stood up and was about to open the cockpit door. But his steps stopped with a frown. There was something strange. Why his partner just stood there waiting with his head down and didn't press the passcode on the door. The pilot returned to his seat and reached for the communication device.

"Chief, our cover is blown! My two comrades were caught in the back! What should I do?"

There was a voice on the other end of the phone.

"Continue to Grozny! Land this plane. Troops will rush in as soon as you land!"
